Although their were mishaps the technicians Mike and Mike were superb in executing their expertise in taking down the old existing structures and installing the new structures which were the new garage doors and installing all new components associated with the new doors. We were looking for a new insulated garage door with a contemporary design. We contacted three garage door contractors including Precision Garage Door. Precision was the first to respond. Their representative came to our house and wrote a thorough proposal and explained everything. He was polite and very personable. We received proposals from the other two companies. However, there was no detail and little explanation. We chose Premier because of their professional approach and their apparent interest in our satisfaction and reasonable pricing. Our door was installed by two very professional technicians. They were efficient, the installation was very well done and they were polite. Clean up was great and the operation and maintenance was thoroughly explained. We are delighted with our new door and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. My only question is why I didn't receive 2 Genie Light Bulb, when the instructions require them. The 2 Mikes did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything before they left. Went about their business and finished in the time frame. They explained everything to us so we wouldn't have any problems.

We're in the preliminary stage and Ryan Hunt, Designer with PGD gave very in-depth answers to our Florida-weather-challenge questions, showed lots of samples, and demo'd two garage door openers. Glad to know we can get one with it's own battery backup in case the power goes out. Our 2000 series door & opener are on order, & we're looking forward to the extra protection during the next storm.

Precision Door Service merits a resounding five-star rating, hands down. I called and left a message on Wednesday, got a courteous and prompt return call first thing Thursday morning, scheduled an assessment/estimate for Friday morning, and the technician was on site early afternoon on Friday to complete the repair. That kind of responsiveness and service is rare these days. Both Tom Norman, who came Friday morning to do our assessment and estimate, and Jordan Nein, who flawlessly effected the repairs on Friday afternoon, were consummately professional and courteous. The kind of gentlemen you'd like to have as friends. Precision Door Service is fortunate to have them on staff. The repair estimate was well within reason and we feel like we were treated as valuable customers. I can't say enough about our technician, Jordan. He reviewed our issue and explained what had to be done clearly and then corrected the problem (outdoor keypad went bad). He then checked our door and opener operation, made a couple of suggestions for maintenance that made complete sense and completed the tasks. I would give Jordan a 5 star plus rating.
