I checked the reviews online for Precision Garage Doors and was thoroughly pleased with the prompt service call, installation, and walk-thru of the features and set-up on our phones. Beau McClure and Michael Bondie were fabulous. This is just what we were looking for. Beau and Michael were courteous, professional, and very patient. Great experience!

My garage door went from sounding like a train rumbling though the house to a quiet Spring day. Just by changing the springs, rollers, and upgrading the opener, I was able to keep my existing door. The contractor explained everything he was going to do in detail before he started and finished in a timely manner. I've used Pricision before and they're still the BEST!

Excellent experience from initial phone call through installation. Joel, the install technician, was very courteous and competent. He ensured all remotes, including the remote built-into our car console were properly programmed. The LiftMaster opener is extremely smooth and quite and exceeds my expectations.

Price to do this job was unbelievably high. Cannot believe how you can charge customers as much as you do. We will definitely find another company next time. Job took way longer then it should have making our renter of the house very upset with us! We thought a key pad was included and the bill shows almost 100.00 for one. Would not have had one installed if I would have known this. Was not even given the code for the key pad. The owners who paid this bill should have this important information . Not happy at all

Great company. I needed remote access to my parents garage door for safety. I talked to a rep and a service man was out quoting the next day. He (Thomas) didn’t oversell and gave me a great solution. When the part came in (in 2 days) we scheduled the appointment. They also repaired some worn wires as well. He called and was ontime (even early!). He had the system up and running in a couple of hours. He was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing was more than reasonable, and I didn’t even have to come in town for the install! Can’t thank Precision enough for a great, job done.

Fast, efficient service. My garage door broke late in the afternoon and you were there the next morning with an analysis of my door and opener, and an estimate of what needed to be done, complete with explanations. I agreed and your men came and upgraded my door and installed a new opener that afternoon. They were very courteous and professional and did a great job. I will be recommending you in the future.

Good work, nice guy. Only issue was the salesman told me 8am install he programmed a 8-12 install. It all worked out and he was done by 11am.
