We are extremely pleased with the immediate response to replacing our garage door opener that was damaged by light. Brittany was very knowledgeable and courteous and did a terrific job. The only complaint I have is that the motor is noisy. Is this a characteristic of this opener? Keep up the great service you provide to your customers.

Unbelievable service. Super professional, courteous, and friendly. I called to schedule an appointment on Tuesday 8/16 for a diagnostic of my garage door/opener and was given an appointment window of 300pm-600pm. I received a call from the service advisor at 215pm requesting to come earlier than scheduled, I was all to happy to say yes. Tyler arrived and was completely thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain his recommendation(s). I agreed to the suggested work and scheduled the work for Wednesday, 8/17 between 100pm-600pm. Evan called at 1125am checking to see if he could come earlier; again I was happy to say yes. Evan did a great job doing the spring conversion for my garage door and installing a new lift master belt driven opener. He was neat, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. Needless to say, the service I was provided exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company.

We have had Precision come and help us over the years so when I noticed a cable wrapped around the spring I knew I needed their help again. They responded within hours, gave me an estimate, and the service man returned later the same day to repair. Therefore, my garage was secure by the end of day. Greg the tech. did checkout the motor, chain rail etc. he was good at what he does. I have delt with your company for many years and have been happy with the employees who serviced my problem. However the new chain is very loud as it shuts down worse then the defective chain raiI I will give it a while to allow it to break in. if it doesn't change. I will call your company back to correct it. If your tech. says it's normal I will call in another company to see what they say

It was amazing to me to find such a wonderful Co. to install a garage door opener. Not only are they reputable, but very professional and HONEST!! Originally, we had bought and hired a someone through Home Depot to install it. Come to find out, they were charging us $194.00 Extra for an installation kit and to "tighten a wire" that we didn't need tightened in the first place! They were extremely Professional.....parked out on the road in front of the house so as not to risk their vehicle dripping oil on the driveway, they called as they were heading on over and were extremely courteous! I highly recommend this Company for all your garage door openers as they stand behind everyone they sell!

This is an outstanding company to work with. The high ratings I read before calling them are well deserved. They are prompt and above all extremely courteous and pleasant to work with. They come at the time they promise and do outstanding work at a reasonable price. I had them replace my garage door rollers, garage door opener and adjust the door. Donnell and Bernard arrived on time and went right to work. They finished the job much quicker than I expected and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Great company. I needed remote access to my parents garage door for safety. I talked to a rep and a service man was out quoting the next day. He (Thomas) didn’t oversell and gave me a great solution. When the part came in (in 2 days) we scheduled the appointment. They also repaired some worn wires as well. He called and was ontime (even early!). He had the system up and running in a couple of hours. He was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing was more than reasonable, and I didn’t even have to come in town for the install! Can’t thank Precision enough for a great, job done.

Price to do this job was unbelievably high. Cannot believe how you can charge customers as much as you do. We will definitely find another company next time. Job took way longer then it should have making our renter of the house very upset with us! We thought a key pad was included and the bill shows almost 100.00 for one. Would not have had one installed if I would have known this. Was not even given the code for the key pad. The owners who paid this bill should have this important information . Not happy at all
