Went on the Precision website and was able to get same-day service for our noisy door. Turns out the door and all hardware were original - 24 years old. Our technician - Hiram Camacho - was OUTSTANDING in his analysis, explanation, and recommendations to update our door and opener. Hiram even called in another technician so they could finish the job the same day. I cannot remember when my wife and I have been so impressed with a company and their employees.

Our spring broke for our garage door on Sunday. I contacted Precision and they set us an appointment on Monday, but put us on the list if they had a cancellation on Sunday. Unfortunately they didn’t but about 10:30-12:00 AM Monday Cameron arrived. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We did not know that our garage door was considered a commercial size door. We built our house with 18’ long x 8’ high doors with 4 springs and bearings. We were lucky that Cameron had all the parts necessary to fix the door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors and Cameron to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Central Florida. Felix did an overall check of my garage door and explained thoroughly his findings. He put together several quotes and walked me through each one where I could determine the extent of the repair. Felix did not pressure and made all the repairs the same day, including a new opener. My door can be easily lifted in case of an emergency now and it goes up and down so quietly. What an improvement. Highly recommend asking for Felix to repair your door. He was very good.

I had a sudden garage door mechanism failure. Javier came the next morning and inspected all parts of my garage door. He was professional, intelligent, low-key, and no pressure was ever put on me. He told me what had to be done in order for my garage door to function at all and what should be done to help it run more smoothly and last longer. He gave me options and had all the parts he needed to complete the job to my specifications. He did a perfect job and my garage door now goes up and down so smoothly and quietly that it seems like a new door. It is quite refreshing to have a job done right the first time. I had used this company probably about a decade ago, so that is why I called them this time. I have complete confidence in Precision Garage Door Service. I believe they are the right choice if you want to get your job done correctly in a timely manner. Javier is awesome and knows what he is doing.
