My call to precision was for a service check, as I normally do every 2 years. The only concern was my remote opener so I agreed to replace because of the age and the unit I have had for 20years. The service tech was a little pushy on explaining that which I already knew but I agreed to replace my opener. I felt the cost was a bit much but he had another charge on his paper for an additional service cost at 180.00 and 170. for a replacement button. I have sense found the same unit for 50.00 and also I have a hard time getting a copy of my bill. I have used precision for a lot of years but with this service I am done. Please mail me my bill as shown to me with 3 service charges on it.

We had a very good experience with Precision when our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. They came out on a Sunday, during the stated time frame, and the technician Chris was knowledgeable, informative, and very competent. He was able to assess the problems, give us estimates and walk us through the various parts that needed to be replaced (and some that were left up to our discretion), and do all the necessary work all in under an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend this company, especially if you need your garage fixed on a weekend or off hours.

Great service. Technician immediately determined the issue with the garage door motor. Garage door was reinforced with hurricane protective panels, replacement of tracks and parts. Technician was informative and friendly. All garage door issues solved the same day!

Requested an appointment for inspection. Serviceman came the same day. After inspection, we found numerous failing parts. Including broken spring, overworked opener motor(undersized) and cable reals and door rollers. The remarkable thing was that all replaceable parts were on hand and the serviceman completed the job that evening.

Justin and Austin worked non stop replacing my old garage door and opener with a really nice garage door with windows. They also installed a Liftmaster Opener with all the bells and whistles. They did a fabulous job and left the area spotless. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
