Precision Garage Door Service is outstanding in every way! I had a breakdown today, and it could not have been easier to contact this business and get someone here same day. The folks I spoke with on the phone were extremely professional and kind. Our technician, Carlos Jordan, was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only fixed our garage, but went above and beyond doing all the little extras that I very much appreciated. Carlos also took the time to explain and go over everything he did and things I can do maintenance / preventative to get the most life out of my garage door parts / springs. next time I need any garage door needs I am calling Precision and requesting Carlos. so grateful and pleased with absolutely everything, highly recommend.

The service Tech. John was very professional and showed me that my 25-year-old garage door motor would not work anymore with my remote, the rollers are worn out and there were stress cracks on the door panels. The next day Tyler gave me all options for replacing everything with a new garage door system, I was surprised with the low price I received. The installer Sam was very fast, and everything looked & operated great. It was nice to have such a caring team, I got my money's worth.

My cable on my door broke and I called precision late in the afternoon and Evan came over at about 5:30 inspected the door on the mechanisms explain to me what needs to be done and he did an excellent job and the price was good.

Website stated same day service, at the scheduled time we were told the tech was not able to come so was rescheduled for next day, so NOT same day service. I googled the expected cost of the service and they charged me DOUBLE that.

Encountered a sudden failure of one garage door tension cable. Garage door (16') became racked and three rollers were off the track. I can assess and repair about anything, but this was over my head (pun intended). Called Precision Garage Door with their local Palm Coast FL #. Megan took all the info and scheduled a technician for the early evening. Received a call from Julie who had a technician available sooner. Received a call from Victor H that he would arrive in 20 minutes - and DID! Victor and I discussed the issue and the best method of correction. Since the system (except the opener and lift rail) were 20 years old and the door and roller tracks were fine I decided, to have all of the original springs, bushings, cables and rollers replaced. Victor had the whole job completed in 2 hours, exactly as he said it would be. Victor was professional, well versed in the operation and friendly, too boot. I would recommend Precision - and Victor for your Garage Door needs.

We had an excellent experience with our garage door installation. Sam and Dean were both exceptionally friendly and professional. Their expertise was evident throughout the process, and given the age of our home and the extensive DIY work previously done in the garage, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions to ensure the installation aligned with our expectations. They even assisted us in choosing the color for the plastic trim, helping us navigate the decision since the new door color differed from our future plans for painting the house. While we opted to hire a different contractor to install the garage door opener due to a significantly lower cost, we were very pleased with the quality and care Sam and Dean brought to the installation itself.

I called at 8 o’clock in the morning, and someone was at my house just before 10. I was amazed! Rashad was very professional, polite and friendly, and knowledgeable. He made a general inspection of my garage door and mechanism, and he reviewed all the options that I had. There was absolutely no hard cell, like so many other companies. If there had been an urgency for something, he would have told me. Although it was a little pricier than I expected for a simple repair, the promptness and professionalism made up for this. I can strongly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
