Called in the AM, was told someone would be here between 12:00 and 3:00, at 12:30 I was Told what was wrong and an estimate was given to me. Sam was here within an hour, put in the new motor, fixed the springs, all was good. Thank you Precision excellent service.

Excellent job! The technician, Evan, was friendly, competent and thorough. A few difficulties arose during the repair process but he was able to devise solutions and work through them very quickly and efficiently. I like that they call when on the way and arrive when promised. Absolutely fantastic! Mason and Cooper are true professionals just like the good old days. Mason came out and gave me a free estimate. He suggested several options and I told him that I wanted a garage door opener with no frills, just the basics. He found one and Cooper came and installed it the same day. It took about 5 hours. Cooper explained everything after the job was done and even cleaned up. This was better than I expected. Truly professional and courteous installers.

very unhappy with company ordered two garage doors, they screwed up and the manger Charlie was very difficult to work with. when they installed the door we had to call them back because the doors were off track, very disappointed with this company and their treatment. I am sure the owner of the company would be very shock to know their behavior.

Update From Customer: we had some minor issue on the garage installation. But the company went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The owner actually came out to discuss the issues with me. Here we are on a Saturday morning and we have garage door maintenance, that in itself is amazing. What a professional group of people to come and fix our much needed work to be done on our builder grade garage doors, that is two doors. An upgrade that was obviously needed. The installers were very professional, their vehicles were clean and obviously new and well cared for. Old dirty trucks equates to dirty job, not with PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE. I called Precision's office on a Thursday afternoon and described what my garage door was and wasn't doing. The first tech arrived the next morning to troubleshoot my system. Bernard was courteous and was very thorough in his examination. It was determined that my 16 year old motor was shot. He scheduled Brett to come for the repairs within several hours. There was no wasted time. Brett explained what he was going to do and was done in a short while. The motor was replaced as well as the door sensors and the wall panel. 2 new remotes were included in my price. The price I was quoted before scheduling the repair was spot on when the work was completed. The garage was clean before Brett went through an exhibition of my new system. He went through a full explanation and operation of each new piece. I was very thankful that I called them to handle my problem. Precision has a very professional staff from beginning to end of the project.

We called Precision Door Service because we previously used their service for a garage door repair and were extremely satisfied. Mason Slack arrived on time and provided an expert examination and assessment of the garage door opener issue. He photographed everything and explained what was needed for the repair. Technician Greg Franklin arrived a short time later and made the repairs. He was meticulous about the quality and function of the repairs as he fine tuned the garage door opener's operation. He then tested the function and took pictures of the repairs. Precision Door Services is fortunate to have professionals like Mason and Greg on their staff.
