This company is awesome. We needed a new keypad and the technician also tighten up the garage door screws and let us know that the back up battery needed to be replaced as it was beeping. Thanks Sopheak for being so efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks for your terrific service. On 10-21-25 we needed a new keypad. Once I called Precision they had a technician out quickly. Jose did an awesome job inspecting our entire garage door system. Would definitely recommend the company.

Garage door broke yesterday. I called and they set up an appointment for this morning for us. Anthony called when he was on the way, gave me a detailed breakdown and a variety of options on how to fix it. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the top of the line fix. He started the work immediately and was able to complete everything in a few hours. Great service! Would highly recommend this company!

When I called Precision, I expected that I might have to replace the entire garage door and all the parts. However, Roland did an excellent job carefully analyzing all the components, and assessing the wear on the door. I appreciated his analysis of various concerns of the wear on the different parts of the door mechanisms. I also appreciated that he offered me a break down of cost to service each aspect, and options of service to meet my budgetary needs. I did not feel pressured to purchase any particular service package. He also told me that the door itself was a good door and didn't need to be replaced. Additionally, he told me the garage door opener was still functioning fine and didn't need any attention. I felt that he clearly outlined the various service options and let me ponder over it and choose my preferences. In the final analysis, I had him replace almost all the moving parts of the system: spring, cable, drum, hinges, rollers, and install struts. The door is functioning great, and it is much quieter than it was, and it sounds much more stable than it previously did.

I originally had an appt on a Sunday …first of all I was SHOCKED when they offered me that since I work all week. Who does that these days????? lol…I happened to have gotten off work early on Thurs and called them at about 230 to see if anyone could come that day…they said yes and Chris was at my house 2 hrs later!!! Chris was absolutely awesome …he checked everything to find the problem and as much as I hated to know that the other company I had used previously gave me wrong parts which led to the breaking of the door he was very thorough and showed me everything and explained about it all in simple terms. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me fixed up. This young man was the reason I went ahead and got the work done without getting another opinion …I actually canceled appt with other company. I didn’t feel that he was feeding me BS just to sell parts. I just can’t say enough good things about Chris …he was the epitome of what customer service is all about which so many companies severely lack these days! He made sure everything worked fine when he was finished and again showed me and told me about everything again. Thank you Chris and I’m sorry you missed most of the game but score didn’t look in your favor anyway..lol

What a pleasant surprise! Called Precision to have my parents 21 year old garage door opener checked. Even tough it was working good, I was concerned because it was very loud and creaky. JC came out to inspect not only the door opener, but checked the entire door and mechanical parts. After 15-20 minutes JC went over the results of what he found. I asked for him to start with the most concerning issues, if any, and continue to the least. Not surprising waa the first to be discussed, the springs operating the door and every part assisting those springs. Ironically the door opener was the least concerning! Pricing was determined, discounts applied and JC was ready and willing to complete everything agreed to immediately! I was relieved to get it all done at once. A few hours later, JC was done with this monumental task and he proceeded to explain and show me everything he completed and why. In addition, JC showed me how to operate the new garage door opener including any features. He even took the time to program the car remote! The best part was closing the door and hearing almost nothing. I told JC that the running joke was everyone on the block knew when my parents came and went by the sound of their garage door opening or closing. Now you only hear a faint whirring sound of the motor! When I showed my mom she was brought to tears and said my dad would have been so happy with the new opener. Unfortunately, we lost him 2 years ago, but know he is smiling down at the incredible job JC did. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and sweet. His mom & dad should be very proud of the young man they raised. Thank you JC and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for a job well done!
