Ian & Matt did a fantastic job on the install as well as walking us through all the features of the new doors. They were both very professional and took the time to help us setup the exterior keypad and mobile app. They've only been installed for about an hour at the time of this writing, but, very happy with the new doors and the way they operate and look!!

Came home and garage door would not open. Called Precision and within one (1) hour had a tech here. Looked over the problem and suggested repairs. Again, within one hour (unbelievable) a repair crew of two was here and replaced the main spring, rollers and everything else after 30+ years. WORKS LIKE A CHARM! AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE BEYOND WORDS. techs very cordial and professional. If I cou l could give them 10 stars they would be well deserved. And VERY REASONABLE. I had what Precision calls a garage door tune up, that is, everything was replaced except the door (hurricane rated) and rails. The rollers, cables, opener, springs, etc were replaced. The old system was 25 years old. The estimate and installation was a same day service and they worked with my work schedule. The only disappointment was I had a convenience button that could opperate the the old system that could not be adapted to the new system. Other than that I am satisfied wih the service and installation and the technicians that did the the estimate and service.

install was timely and well communicated. The install team was professional, respectful and courteous. i only have one issue with the install. A half inch gap at the bottom of the door and the floor about 5' across that did not exist with the old door. Waiting for Precision to fix this issue.
