My only question is why I didn't receive 2 Genie Light Bulb, when the instructions require them. The 2 Mikes did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything before they left. Went about their business and finished in the time frame. They explained everything to us so we wouldn't have any problems.

Can't say enough good things about Precision Garage Door! They're was service needed on an older door (spring broke) and PGD was able to show up first thing to keep us out. An inspection revealed some other items that were wearing with the time and elements. The homeowner was given all the options with no pressure or upsell to correct the discovered issues. The tech (Nick) worked, quickly, efficiently and remarkably quietly. The repairs were competed in no time at all... Included programming the keypad, all the remotes and our vehicles to operate the updated system. He finished his work, cleaned the areas were he worked and hauled off the trash. It's great to have a company show up on time, do what they are hired to do and do it all very well. Kudos Precision! Nice work.

Woke on a Saturday to find my garage door spring broken. Called and within a short period of time received a call from the technician. Upon arriving they were not only extremely respectful and polite but very professional. They reviewed my situation made some recommendations and status of all components. Best part is no heavy sales or scare tactics. You get to pick and choose and discuss options. They don’t try to get you to do more than what is needed. Great company to deal with and a great experience.

This was a wonderful experience for me. My rusty beachfront garage door had had it. The estimator showed up on time to give me a rather good estimate for replacing the door. The installation had a four-hour window and the installer Justin, was really nice and knew exactly what he was doing. I tell you if you need any work on a garage door, call them.

We had a new LiftMaster Wall Mount garage door opener Model 8500 installed by Precision Garage Door in 2020. We have had various problems with it since day one of installation, but Precision always came out to fix them for no charge. They acknowledged that this was not a good garage door, and that they were no longer selling it. The logic board went out in 2024, and we had to manually open and close the garage door until we had Precision install a new logicboard in January 2025 for $590. This was NOT covered under the lifetime warranty from LiftMaster. In March 2025, the garage door began stopping about a foot short of the ground, but was still operational, something that had happened many times over the years with this garage door. We called Precision out to fix it since we had just replaced the logicboard and figured it was still under the new warranty. When the technician tried to fix it, he did something that made the garage door completely inoperable. So it is worse now than when we called him out to fix it. The only option we were offered was to apply the $590 we had spent 5 months before to an entirely new garage door system, which would cost $1800. There was no effort to get our garage door back to at least the working status it was in when the technician showed up. It is all very disappointing, and we will not be recommending this company again. We received a call back about this when we complained a couple of months back, but never heard back from them after returning the call.

Precision Garage Door Service was great from the beginning to the end. I had to replace my garage door and the representative who sold me my door listen and advised the best option for the door I was looking to replace. The Installers, very professional and knowledgeable, installed my garage door, advised me, answered all questions and inspected my door as well. Only 1 small issue, which is being addressed was that one of the panels were dented, but Precision is making it right and getting a replacement panel for my garage. Very happy with the service.
