As a guy selling garage doors brand new for $3,000 installed , to have this company come out here to give me a repair estimate of $3,865 for simply replacing 2 springs & 2 bearings. It’s kind of ridiculous . 15 minutes later calling the boss and lowering the price to $865 and stating now and refuse to email me the quote . I am sure this review will help them get more business out there !!! David, a great guy to provide me free in home services !!!

The technician performed the repairs and maintenance on my door and opener, programmed additional door openers and was done quickly. We were looking for a new insulated garage door with a contemporary design. We contacted three garage door contractors including Precision Garage Door. Precision was the first to respond. Their representative came to our house and wrote a thorough proposal and explained everything. He was polite and very personable. We received proposals from the other two companies. However, there was no detail and little explanation. We chose Premier because of their professional approach and their apparent interest in our satisfaction and reasonable pricing. Our door was installed by two very professional technicians. They were efficient, the installation was very well done and they were polite. Clean up was great and the operation and maintenance was thoroughly explained. We are delighted with our new door and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Your business model seem seems to favor your customers. Well done!

I had a horrible experience with this company, their technician came out and said the spring was worn out, I asked how much to replace it ? He told me $2100. Then he said he can give me a discount of $300 for healthcare workers. I payed $1800.it didn’t sit well with me I called D&D Garage and Armstrong and they told $690 and $710. I called back the company and ask why was I charged $1800 and other companies are charging over $1000 less. The person who said he’s a manager responded that every company is different. I told him I will be posting the receipts on every social media platform what they did with the price and will be going to Better Business Bureau. He quickly asked me how much do I want to pay? I told him to charge me the correct amount he knows I should pay. Ended up paying $750. They credited me the difference. Very dishonest.

I called Precision Garage Door to fix my garage door at my place of business. To make a very long story short, when I got my quote, it was way too much, so I wanted to get bids from other companies. When I told the tech that, he stated, Let me call my supervisor and asked me what it would take to make me happy so they could do the job. Right there, I stopped work, thanked him for coming, and that was it. How about you give customers the best and final price you can, and that's how you earn trust. Bargaining back and forth is a waste of my time. The technician was extremely nice, but when it comes to business practices, if you give somebody their final price and it's fair and the lowest the company can go, then that is how trust is built. Also, some of the fixes the technician said I needed turned out to be bogus. I needed another company to come out, and one that has successfully fixed the problem. Also, that is deceptive to try to upsell.

4 times higher in price. Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. They were prompt, very polite and courteous. Where my rating falls is pricing and high pressure sales. After receiving a couple different estimates, Precision Garage Door estimate was 4 times higher in price for exact parts and labor. The visit was not to repair any mechanical parts. It was for maintenance. I opted for lubrication of the mechanics and would consider replacement parts at a later date. During the visit, the technician kept circling back several times to replacing parts. Glad I obtained additional estimates.
