They came looked at my garage gave me a quote Price was in the range and had somebody out in less than 30 minutes to replace the garage door opener. The tech wheel was very friendly fast efficient and surprisingly got it done in an hour. The garage works great and excited about having Precision Door do the replacement

Absolutely love our garage door which is super quiet. I would rate a 5 but they left with our brand new key-less garage door entry pad that we had just installed two weeks prior. We've call repeatedly and they have not offered to return the keypad or pay the $40 I paid to buy the keypad (I still have the receipt). I spend $3,000 and they can't send me the $40 because I assume the keypad is gone.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable with selecting Precision. The tech that came out to do the estimate was great. He gave me 3 different options for repairs knowing that I would be selling my home in a month. The tech that did the actual garage door repair was very nice as well and got the job done quickly and everything is working perfectly. I will highly recommend your entire team.

After several bids from other companies, I chose Precision because Alex, the sales representative, quickly determine what I wanted, showed me pictures of how it would look and followed up with me to see if I had any questions. In other words, he wanted my business. Ian and Anthony showed up as they said they would, knew what they were doing and did an excellent installation. They are both really nice, a pleasure to talk to, showed me important safety and warranty information and made sure all my questions were answered. Ian, Anthony and Alex are great representatives for Precision and I am sure glad I picked your firm to install my new garage door.

I just had a new garage door installed and also a garage door opener. The prompt service and professionalism of all of the employees I came into contact with was really amazing. I called on a Sunday evening, got an immediate response and a technician was at my home by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. They keep in constant touch with you and text the name of the service tech and the time they will arrive. EXCELLENT service and employees.

We called late morning on a Saturday because our garage door opener wouldn’t work, Technician Scott Mayhew arrived within a couple of hours and explained what our options were, we decided on the Liftmaster 8550w-267 And we also purchased the Silent Package. Scott was very knowledgeable and competent. We were lucky to have him as our tech.
