I called Precision Garage Door to fix my garage door at my place of business. To make a very long story short, when I got my quote, it was way too much, so I wanted to get bids from other companies. When I told the tech that, he stated, Let me call my supervisor and asked me what it would take to make me happy so they could do the job. Right there, I stopped work, thanked him for coming, and that was it. How about you give customers the best and final price you can, and that's how you earn trust. Bargaining back and forth is a waste of my time. The technician was extremely nice, but when it comes to business practices, if you give somebody their final price and it's fair and the lowest the company can go, then that is how trust is built. Also, some of the fixes the technician said I needed turned out to be bogus. I needed another company to come out, and one that has successfully fixed the problem. Also, that is deceptive to try to upsell.

4 times higher in price. Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. They were prompt, very polite and courteous. Where my rating falls is pricing and high pressure sales. After receiving a couple different estimates, Precision Garage Door estimate was 4 times higher in price for exact parts and labor. The visit was not to repair any mechanical parts. It was for maintenance. I opted for lubrication of the mechanics and would consider replacement parts at a later date. During the visit, the technician kept circling back several times to replacing parts. Glad I obtained additional estimates.

Rashawde did a great job installing two new Genie systems. He got us a good deal for buying two systems, too. He suggested new wheels for one. Both operate so smoothly we hardly hear them in use.

Norma

Once again excellent technician and service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Provided me with recommendation but no pushy upsale of goods and services, just the facts. Fixed my problem, when i thought i would have to replace the system. As a retiree, i am grateful. Very happy with the company and would recommend Precision to anyone.

The tech came very quickly, diagnosed a broken spring. I have a torque master system and they don’t repair them. Had to replace everything. Springs drums bearings cables ect. The door is lighter and quiet now. But the price$1880 is way higher than I was expecting. I knew the price before the work began. Did not have time to get other quotes as my car was stuck in the garage. Did not want to repair myself as the springs are very dangerous. Tech was very friendly and did everything in 2 hours.
