Tyler was great. Called to let me know he was on his way. Explained what was going on. Gave me 2 options for my repair and explained what I was getting for each option. Once I decided on my repair he set my next appointment to get the repair taken care of.

I just had a new garage door installed and also a garage door opener. The prompt service and professionalism of all of the employees I came into contact with was really amazing. I called on a Sunday evening, got an immediate response and a technician was at my home by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. They keep in constant touch with you and text the name of the service tech and the time they will arrive. EXCELLENT service and employees.

Extremely pleased with our garage doors and the installation process. We had an issue with the initial install, but our concerns were addressed quickly and all problems were rectified. You can tell customer service still matters to this company! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

When he finished the repair, he helped reprogram my controllers so I was back to normal in a flash! After several bids from other companies, I chose Precision because Alex, the sales representative, quickly determine what I wanted, showed me pictures of how it would look and followed up with me to see if I had any questions. In other words, he wanted my business. Ian and Anthony showed up as they said they would, knew what they were doing and did an excellent installation. They are both really nice, a pleasure to talk to, showed me important safety and warranty information and made sure all my questions were answered. Ian, Anthony and Alex are great representatives for Precision and I am sure glad I picked your firm to install my new garage door.
