Recommended by my brother. Your company put his new garage doors in the home he purchased in Deland. Your office staff called me to say there was a cancellation so I jumped at the chance to get my door repaired. Alex called me with an estimate and I took the opportunity tip get the door fixed. The repairs were done in an expedient manner by the service tech Michael. The door is working great!!

Needed to have our garage door repaired and based on word of mouth and advertising gave Precision a call to see what they thought needed to be done to correct the issue. I set-up a appointment and met with I believe Ron/Rod two days later. He did a thorough analysis and explanation of the problems that needed to be corrected. He also presented me with 3 options I could choose from for the repairs along with the cost. After agreeing on one of the options he arranged for another individual to complete the repairs the next day. Chris showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly explained exactly what he did to correct the repairs. Both individuals were efficient and professional and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Precision for work or replacement of their garage doors. Thanks

We came home from vacation on a Friday night only to find a lightning, power surge took out our garage door opener. Precision was able to come out on a Saturday and did a great job installing a new unit. I love the lifetime warranty that comes with our new unit. Thanks Precision!!

Excellent company. Greg did complete evaluation of my doors problems and gave me several options to select from. He showed and explained to me what was wrong. Steve showed up right on time and did the repairs. He also explained what he did and demonstrated the new remotes. He also took the time to sync my wife's car with the new opener. We called Precision after a lightening strike knocked out our garage door opener. The office staff were courteous and professional and scheduled an appointment for us. They came promptly that day and installed a new system. The techs were punctual, courteous and professional. The technicians spoke very highly about the owners of company, their systems and the other technicians. Very impressive!
