He explained the problems and the options available for addressing them in order to get the door operating again. He also provided an estimate which included a breakdown of the cost per part. At the completion of the job, he took me through the repairs he had made and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, or recommend them to a neighbor.
