Precision installed our garage door for us 5 years ago. This call was for a maintenance and checkup call. Adam arrived right on time, did a great job adjusting and lubricating the door. It is so much quieter now! And I know everything has been inspected! Great job!

Came out on a Friday to evaluate problem with our garage door opener, gave complete diagnosis and various options for repair/replacement. I went with a new motor and they gave a discounted pricing on various other parts that needed replacement. Installing crew came out 30 min later and got the job done within 1 hours. Great all around.

Precission is a 24/7 operation and it was highly recommended by our neighbor. One of the springs in our garage door opener broke and the second one was ready to go; both springs were replaced along with several of the door wheels that were damaged. After the gear drive shaft on my opener broke and the chain sagged down, I gave Precision a call because I had a small flyer that I had saved in my file. True to their word, they were here the same day, did a complete inspection of my door plus the operator then provided me with a detailed summary of what needed to be done. I then discussed which items would be needed right away and we then agreed on the cost to do the repair. As it was late in the day & I was not in a rush, Precision came the very next morning, installed the necessary parts, made all the travel adjustments and got everything working perfectly again. I was impressed with their professionalism in getting the 14 year old operator running again. I would use them again in a heartbeat !

Garage door repair, both springs were broken. Since the unit was approx 15 tears old I let them rebuild everything to include a new Liftmaster opener. Next day service and installation, they were prompt, professional and courteous. I am extremely pleased with their work.

Door replaced in 2015 Keypad battery tab broken, no longer working Came out and replaced with a new keypad. Haven't had to change battery yet, so not sure how long this one will last. Overall, greatly satisfied.

I am so impressed with PDS! When I called, a prompt service call was scheduled. The spring was broken, but since the opener was quite old, I opted for a whole new opener system at a price I felt was reasonable. Dennis arrived 30 minutes later and began working. Friendly and informative, he had my new system installed quickly. Everyone from the guy on the phone who made my appointment to the man who did the estimate to my installer Dennis did a first rate job!!

Amazing service. Got estimate and work done same day. Both guys the estimator and the one who came over to do the work were great. The man that did the work did excellent job even worked through thunder storm until job was finished. The man who did the estimate did not try to sell us what we didn’t need but exactly what our doors needed to make them safe and work properly. I will certainly recommend your business to my neighbors.

Great job so far. I never knew how noisy an old opener could be. This new one is very quiet. It looks sleek compared to the old system. You guys installed my mom's system a couple of years ago. I didn't make a mistake when I followed her lead. The installer was courteous, professional, and quick. I'm satisfied so far.

We had a sudden broken spring very late in the afternoon, could not raise our door and needed immediate attention to attend a important medical appointment the next morning. We called Precision, Jessica connected with her technician who called back in 5 minutes and was at our house within 45 minutes. Not only did I have a broken spring, but many of the door parts were worn out. I was quickly given multiple options for repairs with prices. I agreed to full restoration of the entire system along with a completely new top of the line system with a lifetime guarantee. The job was done by Nick who was very professional, neat, quick and fastidious. A GREAT JOB. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!! Serious problem solved! MORE than met expectations

We prayed for about 4 months for the right garage door company to do an overhaul on our 20 yr old garage door. While my sister in Christ was praying for me, Precision popped up on her computer. The same thing happened the next day! I called. And from the initial call to the technician pulling away, I was totally impressed. Talk about professional! Tyler gave me several options to allow for budget constraints, explaining everything thoroughly. Mason was over the top in going over all that he had done. Everything as promised. No surprises. Plus never before has the owner of the company with whom I was doing business email me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision. The work done was a complete overhaul and all products listed below were purchased. Opening and closing of garage door is barely audible!
