He thoroughly explained what was needed and presented a couple options. He completed the work in a timely manner and was professional throughout the entire installation. Before leaving he explained the warranty, what to do if service is needed and sent a file with all the parts replaced both old and new. I wish all repair technicians and all companies performed his well. Felix is an asset to his employer whom highly recommend.
