The serviceman to install a powder coated garage door spring called to ask if he could come by sooner than the scheduled appointment time. I was happy he would be arriving sooner. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing. He installed the new spring in under 30 minutes. I'm very happy with the service.

Needed emergency spring repair on an old setup that could have caused serious injury when the spring broke apart. After reviewing the quality of services and products offered by Precision, the decision to go with them was an easy one. Upon inspection more than one broken spring needed replacement. Jacob diligently inspected everything and found some defective rollers, etc. He is an excellent and personable technician and a great customer service envoy. He broke everything down for me so I could make an informed decision. I appreciate him and his having to work diligently in this oppressive heat. I also appreciate the staff in assisting me with my military discount and financing which made a bad and dangerous situation considerably easier to resolve. Thank you.

They came to do routine maintenance the same day I called, and do take care of weekend and after-hour emergencies (which is so often when they occur.) The technician called me in advance, was very knowledgeable and professional, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't currently need. I have a very old garage door opener, and he did fill me in on what to plan ahead for when it finally goes. But he said it was working fine now, so no need to replace anything. I was very impressed and very happy with his manner, expertise and approach.

When Carlos arrived I explained the situation with the door and told him that my wife had an appointment in less than an hour and we needed the door opened to get car the out. I originally gave Precision Garage door an excellent review because they were great during installation and sale but after we had a crease in the panel and I have called at least 5 times since March and still no answers. We even paid for the extra protection. Last time I called, the manager was still speaking with the manufacturer and would get back with me. That has been over a month. I hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake I made.

First of all I am not a Precision employee. I have had my garage door replaced by them in my other house. Excellent price and installation by professionals! I moved and my spring broke in this house 3 years ago and had them replace(life time warranty) it along with yearly maintenance on rollers, chain, door, etc. The original motor broke on Sunday and I got an appointment on Monday morning via their web site. Chris called ahead and showed up within the time frame they gave me. After troubleshooting the problem Chris showed me a burnt circuit board. Since my opener was 14 years old I decided to buy a new one. Chris offered me a number of options from lowest price to an opener with all of the “bells and whistles “ with prices and options. We went over all the pros and cons of each unit. The installation went fine and he even programed my car remotes that are built into the rear view mirrors. Chris was very polite , professional, and did a great job installing the opener.I will certainly go back to Precision for any services!! Thanks Chris for a job well done!!

I went to take my car out of the garage and door would not open, I saw that one of the springs had snapped, I called Precision Door they were able to send out a technician his name was Sopheak, he was great not only did he explain everything to me went over everything that needed replacement and then itemized it, if my budget couldn't replace everything he gave the necessities to get by within a budget, since everything was 21 yrs old, I decided to replace everything that push , pulled and rolled including the working motor. Sopheak completed all work in a couple of hours. I would recommend Sopheak as your technician if you need work done.
