Luckily we were able to get a same day appointment. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained the problems and the options available for addressing them in order to get the door operating again. He also provided an estimate which included a breakdown of the cost per part. At the completion of the job, he took me through the repairs he had made and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, or recommend them to a neighbor.
