I found the number after looking for garage door companies. I was impressed that on a Sunday Josh called me back to set an appointment for Monday (as today is Sunday and he answered the call). Josh the. Called me again to tell me they had an opening for today did I want to go ahead and get my estimate today? I was thrilled. Alex called when he was on his way and told me when he would be there. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Alex set the entire replacement up with offering the 6 month interest free finance! The two service tech's that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service. Very pleased with the service I received from Precision Door Service! I called at 8:00 a.m. and Scott was at my house that afternoon exactly as promised. He even re-arranged his schedule to meet my requirements. Springs were replaced perfectly and it took him exactly the amount of time he quoted. This is the second time we've used Precision Door (first time was to replace a garage door opener) and once again we are extremely satisfied - thank you!

Everyone that cane out was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the installation of the board between the garage ceiling and garage door. It was installed so snag that it shifted the drywall. The installer indicated that it needed to be that way which I’m not sure I agree with that.

Excellent service! Our spring broke on Sunday afternoon and before dinner the same night the service techs replaced all the hardware on our door including the spring. They were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend PDS!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is Awesome. I scheduled an appointment and the gentleman came out this am and reviewed the problem with our automatic garage door opener system malfunctioning and found that the printed circuit board was burnt in several areas causing the malfunction with the Sears product that had been replaced 3 times in the past 20 years so at that point he provided me with a few options and we decided to replace the entire unit. Within a few hours he sent the technician out and he replace the entire unit with a very quiet unit and corrected a squeaking noise that we had been putting up with for the past couple of years that occured when opening and closing the garage door. Precision Garage Door Service has help us a few other times over the years with the springs and rollers having to be replaced and every time they have been on time and provided quick and very professional service. I wish that I remember the names of both the 1st gentleman that came out this am and the technician that came out to replace the unit but my memory failed me today with everything that is going on but I can definitely state that these are the most responsive and professional individuals along with the gentlemen in the past that have come to our home to perform work on our garage door and opened system. Rather than shopping around I will always be calling Precision Garage Door Service for any and all of out garage door needs because without a doubt these guys are the best of the best and some of the best professionals that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. This company is AWESOME and the Best of the Best when it comes to customer service and from what I have seen they know what they are doing and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before they even request payment for their services.
