Alex Wheeler was very professional from first phone call, very helpful in his assessment. He also recommended the needed replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. The second technician (I can remember his name) showed up on time and did an excellent and prompt service on the garage door spring and replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. He was very professional and the repair was done very quickly. They both did a great job from beginning to finishing installation. We called on New Years Day after our garage door opener quit working. They came out the next day to inspect it and then came the next day to put in new garage door openers. They were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. I would highly recommend their service to anyone with garage door issues.

These guys came out on New Year's Day to replace our broken garage door springs. Our 1st techncian Alex came out promptly to access the situation and give the entire assessment of what needed repairs. He gave us several options with no pressure . We chose to have all moving parts replaced and backed by a lifetime guarentee. Within an hour our 2nd technician Maurice arrived with all the neccessary parts and had the job completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. Both men were very courteous and professional. I would completely recommend this company for service on your garage door.

Top flight organization. First discovered them a few years back when springs broke on an old garage door on a Friday evening (not their door). Found Precision online; called them. They were onsite to our home within two hours and repairs made! We needed a new door recently. Needless to say, we called Precision. Everything from sale, to scheduling, to install was excellent!

I called for service on New Years Day for my broken garage door. I really didn't expect to have anyone come out right away, but amazingly they had a guy out to my house within an hour! The tech, Steven, was great and had all the needed parts on the truck. He had me up and running in a couple of hours. Best of all, most of the repair was covered under warrant because they had done some work on my door nearly a decade ago. I didn't even realize that the previous repair carried a lifetime parts and labor warranty! Super happy!

PDS provided a technician the same afternoon I called. One technician assessed the situation and provided options. Another technician did the door repair and installed a new garage opener. The service was very efficient. Both technicians were very professional and personal. I highly recommend PDS.

The rep (Maurice) showed up within an hour. Had a trainee with him. Very professional and a great trainer. Evaluated my old opener and gave me several options for replacements. I called because my garage door opener stopped working. They came out that day. He diagnosed that the control board was burned out and showed it to me. I was able to replace it that day. A second repairman came 30 minutes later with the replacement unit and installed it that afternoon. I upgraded the opener to a quieter model and replace the rollers on the garage door with rubber. Now it is whisper quiet. He even helped me set up the outside keypad. I reccomend Precision Garage Door.

Nick was excellent, personable and efficient. He explained why is was not working and the adjustments the new door I purchased from them needed. We had a power outage and it wouldn’t open manually because of the adjustments needed. It’s a very heavy door and I needed instructions on opening it in case of power outages, a little different than my previous old door. Highly recommend this technician and company.

Dylan came out right on time, was pleasant, and efficient. He took care of a small issue I was having with the remote door opener. He completed the work on my garage door with the piece that had to be ordered. I have been extremely impressed with the company and all of the employees I have met.

The repair man was more interested in selling me a new $2200.00 garage door than fixing the garage door opener that I called about. My family has done a lot of business with Precision in the past. I'm thinking of different options on my next call.

I was impressed with the speedy appointment time on Christmas Eve day. Rob was right on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all details of necessary repairs and installment. Bryan and Eddie were at my house to do the work immediately even before Rob had left. They were also polite and efficient. Bryan explained all the features of my new door system and was very patient. I am acquainted with Precision through TV advertisements. I contacted the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered, took my information, and told me that I would get a call in the morning. Someone did call early the next morning. The employee described what needed to be done, and I agreed to have the door replaced. The workers came as planned, and did an outstanding job.
