It's been a year now and the new doors have been operating perfectly! The two man crew (I forgot their names!) performed exceptionally. They were exact and detailed throughout. The communication from beginning until the end was top notch. The doors are elegant and fully insulated. The difference in temp in our garage is shocking! Great job Precision!

I originally gave Precision Garage door an excellent review because they were great during installation and sale but after we had a crease in the panel and I have called at least 5 times since March and still no answers. We even paid for the extra protection. Last time I called, the manager was still speaking with the manufacturer and would get back with me. That has been over a month. I hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake I made.

First of all I am not a Precision employee. I have had my garage door replaced by them in my other house. Excellent price and installation by professionals! I moved and my spring broke in this house 3 years ago and had them replace(life time warranty) it along with yearly maintenance on rollers, chain, door, etc. The original motor broke on Sunday and I got an appointment on Monday morning via their web site. Chris called ahead and showed up within the time frame they gave me. After troubleshooting the problem Chris showed me a burnt circuit board. Since my opener was 14 years old I decided to buy a new one. Chris offered me a number of options from lowest price to an opener with all of the “bells and whistles “ with prices and options. We went over all the pros and cons of each unit. The installation went fine and he even programed my car remotes that are built into the rear view mirrors. Chris was very polite , professional, and did a great job installing the opener.I will certainly go back to Precision for any services!! Thanks Chris for a job well done!!

My service tech, Sophek, was great! He showed up on time, checked the door, and submitted a plan to service the door. The door was making a metal on metal sound. He quickly found the issue and showed me the problem. He also advised me on options for repair and the effect each would have on my door. He was efficient and went above and beyond on the service we agreed to. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.

I went to take my car out of the garage and door would not open, I saw that one of the springs had snapped, I called Precision Door they were able to send out a technician his name was Sopheak, he was great not only did he explain everything to me went over everything that needed replacement and then itemized it, if my budget couldn't replace everything he gave the necessities to get by within a budget, since everything was 21 yrs old, I decided to replace everything that push , pulled and rolled including the working motor. Sopheak completed all work in a couple of hours. I would recommend Sopheak as your technician if you need work done.
