Definitely recommend Precision. They came out same day, gave an estimate and repaired. The cost of our repairs were significant and if it had been a different technician, I probably would have got another estimate. JC took the time to explain everything thoroughly and didn’t pressure me. He made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of the situation and the quality of service. They used quality materials and we are very happy!

I looked up garage door repairs in Altamonte Springs. Precision Garage Doors came up & I recall seeing their truck in my neighborhood. I setup a next day appt online. The communication process throughout my dealing with this company was excellent. My garage door is 30yrs old and needed a lot of upgrading. I had 2 different service technicians; Carlos & JC. Both of these techs were professional & personable. An initial repair was done by Carlos. I then discovered another problem and setup another appt. JC was my technician for this second visit. Turns out, I needed an extensive amount of work. Throughout this process, I got an education on garage repairs and am pleased that my door is now upgraded and safe. I can recommend this company.

Being able to get a same day appointment was very convenient. The representative/tech Nick was wonderful. He was very polite, patient and professional. We're in the preliminary stage and Ryan Hunt, Designer with PGD gave very in-depth answers to our Florida-weather-challenge questions, showed lots of samples, and demo'd two garage door openers. Glad to know we can get one with it's own battery backup in case the power goes out. Our 2000 series door & opener are on order, & we're looking forward to the extra protection during the next storm.

I have been using this company for 11 years. They always give me all my options. Give me veteran discounts and always look to help me with the bottom dollar expert advice, awesome service and when apart fails or I’m unsatisfied they’ve always replaced it at no cost so for any of your garage door needs this is the company I would go for if they could get 10 stars I would give them 10 stars. The serviceman to install a powder coated garage door spring called to ask if he could come by sooner than the scheduled appointment time. I was happy he would be arriving sooner. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing. He installed the new spring in under 30 minutes. I'm very happy with the service.

Needed emergency spring repair on an old setup that could have caused serious injury when the spring broke apart. After reviewing the quality of services and products offered by Precision, the decision to go with them was an easy one. Upon inspection more than one broken spring needed replacement. Jacob diligently inspected everything and found some defective rollers, etc. He is an excellent and personable technician and a great customer service envoy. He broke everything down for me so I could make an informed decision. I appreciate him and his having to work diligently in this oppressive heat. I also appreciate the staff in assisting me with my military discount and financing which made a bad and dangerous situation considerably easier to resolve. Thank you.

This my second garage door with Precision and my sister has done 3 or 4 with them. They are fast, organized, have nice options, an d installation seems to go without any hiccups ever. Quickly and cleanly. The men they sent were courteous, worked efficiently, answered all questions and left everything in apple pie order. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest them.

They came to do routine maintenance the same day I called, and do take care of weekend and after-hour emergencies (which is so often when they occur.) The technician called me in advance, was very knowledgeable and professional, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't currently need. I have a very old garage door opener, and he did fill me in on what to plan ahead for when it finally goes. But he said it was working fine now, so no need to replace anything. I was very impressed and very happy with his manner, expertise and approach.
