We had a new LiftMaster Wall Mount garage door opener Model 8500 installed by Precision Garage Door in 2020. We have had various problems with it since day one of installation, but Precision always came out to fix them for no charge. They acknowledged that this was not a good garage door, and that they were no longer selling it. The logic board went out in 2024, and we had to manually open and close the garage door until we had Precision install a new logicboard in January 2025 for $590. This was NOT covered under the lifetime warranty from LiftMaster. In March 2025, the garage door began stopping about a foot short of the ground, but was still operational, something that had happened many times over the years with this garage door. We called Precision out to fix it since we had just replaced the logicboard and figured it was still under the new warranty. When the technician tried to fix it, he did something that made the garage door completely inoperable. So it is worse now than when we called him out to fix it. The only option we were offered was to apply the $590 we had spent 5 months before to an entirely new garage door system, which would cost $1800. There was no effort to get our garage door back to at least the working status it was in when the technician showed up. It is all very disappointing, and we will not be recommending this company again. We received a call back about this when we complained a couple of months back, but never heard back from them after returning the call.

Precision Garage Door Service was great from the beginning to the end. I had to replace my garage door and the representative who sold me my door listen and advised the best option for the door I was looking to replace. The Installers, very professional and knowledgeable, installed my garage door, advised me, answered all questions and inspected my door as well. Only 1 small issue, which is being addressed was that one of the panels were dented, but Precision is making it right and getting a replacement panel for my garage. Very happy with the service.

Talk about Fast, Simple and reliable. I was rearranging my garage, opened the garage door and the frame on the right side caved in due to a bolt that has been missed during the installation of the holding bracket. This caused the door to go out of square, the rollers to go all over the place and of course the bracket was now dangling uselessles from the ceiling. I called these guys and they sent in Tyler. Within 24 hours he showed up, I was skeptic at first since the whole procedure looked very tough for one man. But this guy did it all on his own, 2 hours later, brand new rollers, new mounting bracket and a perfectly working garage door! Thank you Tyler!

Great door at a reasonable price. The installer, Jason Duke, was relatively young, but extremely skilled and professional: on time, no wasted motion, all the tools needed were at hand and easy to access. He tore down the old nearly 50 year old door and installed a new modern code-compliant door by himself in about 4 hours. Great work!
