In July, I purchased a new garage door opener from Precision. Since the door itself was installed in 1986, it was time for that to be replaced, too. The technician came out and installed the opener within a couple of days, then came back to connect it to my phone, since I didn't know that was possible until after the install, when I got to read the manual. Precision ordered the door itself at this time, with the understanding that there would be a wait of several weeks. I made an appointment for this morning. After looking at the weather forecast, I called early to express my concern that it might rain early afternoon, and that anything removed from the garage could not be allowed to get wet. Accordingly, Precision sent a team of four to do the install. They started arriving before 9. With rain expected by 1 PM, they worked diligently to get the install completed, which they did by 12:30. It wasn't 15 minutes after they left before the rain started. All in all, I am extremely please with the service, the opener works with both the two remotes and both my phones, and the color, surprising both me and the team, matches the house trim perfectly. Good job, Precision. Highly recommended.

Lighting took out my 3 yr old door opener which was part of a contractor package for our new development. Of course they used the model that was already discontinued. Precision to the rescue! I want to share my experience: I lost one of the remotes for my Precision garage door and found out it is very difficult to get replacements. You can only buy them directly from the authorized stores, and the prices are extremely high — almost three times more expensive than on Amazon or with brands like LiftMaster. On top of that, they charge you for the installation, even though the remote can easily be programmed at home without paying extra. Honestly, if I had known this before, I would not have purchased from them, because the limitations and extra costs are a big inconvenience.

I am happy with the work done. The quote process and staff was great. We were scheduled for installation and give a three hour block of arrival. It was for the morning. When I did not hear from company that morning o contacted scheduling. They said “ we are close by.” I had an appointment that afternoon and did not get done until end of business that day. A Morning appointment was scheduled and it took the entire day. The work was done well and the estimators were great. The company should not have scheduled the installer with work that morning and promise a morning install. My door looks great accept for some minor trim Work but overall solid install and pricing.

Best service I have experienced. Ian was the installer and Lloyd was the salesman. I had 3 companies that gave me an estimate and Lloyd was by far the most professional and gave me an itemized written estimate of all items, the others just gave me a price. All 3 were within $100 of each estimate but I went with the company I felt I could trust. Ian showed up on time was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Precision! Our garage door chain came off on our very old unit, after failed attempts at trying to fix it ourselves we called them for an estimate. Our tech Cooper was very communicative and prompt. He evaluated our situation and provided a few resolutions, ultimately we decided to go with a new opener and make necessary repairs. Cooper was very efficient and respectful. Will be returning customers should we have the need to.
