My garage door broke on a Sunday so called Precision who I had used as it turns out 10 years ago. They scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon and he arrived promptly. Anthony was a very nice young man, he diagnosed the problems and showed me everything. He worked up a quote that I thought was very reasonable and began to repair my door. I must say he did a great job and we’re very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision and I’m glad I chose them.

I am not sure how they have 5 star reviews because my experience was not good. I will say everyone I spoke with was friendly but to get 5 stars I expect that AND quality work. I did not receive quality work. First, do not schedule an afternoon appointment! My window was between 11-4. They arrived at 5:15! The garage door install takes 4 hours! After waiting all day I had to reschedule. Precision clearly has no respect for my time and my neighbors peace and quiet in the evening. After the install was finally complete the technician neglected to inform me that a gap between the door and the new 2 x 6 existed on both sides. Well I figured it out when I opened the door and saw a rat run by the next day! I called in the morning and after the technician came out to diagnose the issue then contact his supervisor then have him talk to his supervisor he told me I would need to schedule another appointment to have the gap fixed but he couldn't guarantee a complete fix. I told him I would do it myself.......And I did. Lastly the salesman should tell you that the new garage door will be MUCH LOUDER than my original door. That was a shock in and of itself. I am very disappointed with Precision. I cannot recommend them.

Fantastic customer service! I was able to schedule an appointment online. The day they were scheduled to arrive I received a call giving me an update on the time they would arrive and the tech called me when he was on his way. Victor was amazing and so personable. Door was repaired quickly. Serviceman arrived on time. Company sent picture of repairman beforehand so I would recognize him when he arrived. I really appreciated that. He went over the working of my entire garage system. Told me price of each thing that needed attention. Which thing needed repair at the time and what could wait until later. I went ahead and did everything recommended. Would recommend Precision to all my friends.

Needed a broken spring replaced they wanted to repair the complete door the price quoted was approximately $2600.00 Then a price was given for just the springs at first it was approximately $900 for the good springs I said to much so I got the cheap springs for $773. You can buy a pair of the best selling springs on Amazon for $95 and either install them yourself or hire a handyman for a $200 or less. Oh by the way I was told my warranty had just expired.

Our garage door was damaged by our newest driver in the home and then shortly after by the new driver’s teacher (Dad). As a result, the door was bent, misaligned, and unable to close.
