Overall great experience as always with Precision. Had an appointment within 2 hours of calling for a spring repair and Chris and Will were there within the first hour. They were both very professional and explained my options clearly without any pressure. Highly recommend these two for any work you need completed.

Just upgraded my entire system because I was so pleased with the service I received last week! Kendrick Laboy is the Garage Door Specialist that I would want to show up and help my own mom if she needed help, he is extremely patient and knowledgeable and took the extra time to teach and explain to me all the working parts… 10/10 would recommend and ask for Kendrick Laboy

Although the response was quick and technician was here early Monday morning, I felt the price was excessive being that it was just a reset that I couldn’t figure out. He did require and tighten down bolts and lube. I felt he did this to justify the $209 I was charged. It took him all of 20 minutes to. I observed it was just an additional step he made in resetting the motor to get it operating again.

Chris and Will did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener and key pad. It was so hot today but they worked hard to install everything. Chris explained all of our options and the price breakdown to either repair or replace the opener. We decided to get an all new opener system. After installation they explained everything and tested it all to make sure we understood and it all works great! They were so helpful and friendly and we definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service

Coming home from vacation on a Sunday one of the garage door springs broke. I always thought they last forever. I call Precision Garage & they were readily available. They sent Brian that same afternoon. He inspected everything & give me an estimate for what was needed to repair the garage door. I found the estimate high, Brian ask if I had a figure in mind & I told what it was. Although skeptical he asked for a minute & came back with a figure we both agreed on. He got to work, an hour later he had changed the bearings & both springs to the garage door. I was pleased with both the work Brian did & how accommodating Precision Garage was on giving me a price I could live with.

Guy came over quoting me $1,000 to replace two springs when 6 years ago they replaced springs on my other house for $260. I would definitely not recommend these guys to anybody again. Search around. You can get a whole lot better deal.

Our original garage door was well beyond its age so we called Precision. A real person (no AI) answered the phone, she was friendly and professional while listening to what we needed.The next day a rep came out, gave us all our options and a price. The new door even came in sooner than predicted. A week later three installer put up our door. Each man introduced themselves and worked cleanly and professionally. I highly recommend this company. Cooper was fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly and gave us "need to do" and "would like to do" options, all with pricing variants. There were no pressured sales pitches, he just gave us his opinion and showed me our options. He came out same day, and was even early! Completed a whole new system (brand new everything, except for the door) on the first trip and we absolutely love our upgrades! We would recommend these folks to anyone (and have!)!

My garage door broke on a Sunday so called Precision who I had used as it turns out 10 years ago. They scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon and he arrived promptly. Anthony was a very nice young man, he diagnosed the problems and showed me everything. He worked up a quote that I thought was very reasonable and began to repair my door. I must say he did a great job and we’re very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision and I’m glad I chose them.

I am not sure how they have 5 star reviews because my experience was not good. I will say everyone I spoke with was friendly but to get 5 stars I expect that AND quality work. I did not receive quality work. First, do not schedule an afternoon appointment! My window was between 11-4. They arrived at 5:15! The garage door install takes 4 hours! After waiting all day I had to reschedule. Precision clearly has no respect for my time and my neighbors peace and quiet in the evening. After the install was finally complete the technician neglected to inform me that a gap between the door and the new 2 x 6 existed on both sides. Well I figured it out when I opened the door and saw a rat run by the next day! I called in the morning and after the technician came out to diagnose the issue then contact his supervisor then have him talk to his supervisor he told me I would need to schedule another appointment to have the gap fixed but he couldn't guarantee a complete fix. I told him I would do it myself.......And I did. Lastly the salesman should tell you that the new garage door will be MUCH LOUDER than my original door. That was a shock in and of itself. I am very disappointed with Precision. I cannot recommend them.

Will give you cheap Chinese springs that they stamp their name on...will overcharge for install and labor and take advantage of the elderly and uninformed ....have to replace the broken springs they installed several years ago...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
