I used Precision Door a couple years ago at our Townhouse, and the service was excellent. Called this time for broken spring at our main house. Scott arrived at exactly 8:00 am (service window given was 8-12), performed a thorough inspection, and offered three levels of service. I chose the full overhaul of all moving parts with lifetime warranty. Work was performed quickly, and Scott took me through exactly what he did, and showed me the safety test he performed. Precision is the only company I would call for any work on garage doors. They are outstanding!

A 5 Star rating isn't high enough...can we do a 10? From start to finish we were impressed with the customer service we received from this company. Within 2 hours of calling with our problem a representative was here. There was no pressure to buy anything, just concrete options on how our problem could be fixed. Prompt service for my garage door. Both the gentlemen (Maurice and Teddy, hopefully I got that right; I'm horrible with names) that arrived were courteous and professional and performed the repairs on my door quickly and completely. Weekend hours, ie. 24/7 days a week. Garage door repair. From the time I called your office to the completion of our repairs, I could not have asked for a more professional repair person than Nick! He explained the repairs needed in terms I could understand. When he knew he could do the repairs that day, Sunday, I knew I had chosen the right company. The $20.00 trip charge was taken off and we got a Seniors Discount!! You are the best. I had called a company we had used just this August, no information they were not open 24/7, nothing on their website to let you know that. Very poor when you are dealing with an issue where you cannot lift a 500 lb garage door to get out of the garage. A safety issue that Precision takes seriously by being open 24/7. Thanks for keeping us safe, even on weekends. We had several parts that needed to be replaced and Nick had them all on his truck.

We just requested a quote and your man Alex was at our place within an hour. He called to discuss the repair to add window panels, new spring and rollers and the quote arrived via email within half an hour from our phone conversation. It doesn't get any better than that for great customer service.

After getting sick of my garage door remotes doing goofy things, I called Precision to come and figure it out. They came the same day and the outcome was a new opener (I had no idea how old mine was as it was here when I bought my house 4+ years ago) and also they checked the door itself and replaced parts as needed. The techs were great and they did all this the same day. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door/opener repair/replacement!

Scott of Precision Garage Doors came quickly to our home and knew instantly what our problem was with our garage door. He did not try and sell anything but tried to solve our problem without straining our budget which he did. Precision installed a new opener for us about 1 1/2 years ago and we were very pleased, we have now moved into a new home and called Precision to replace 2 more openers. This experience would have to be rated a 5. When Rob came to take a look at our garage door, that wouldn’t close, it was obvious he was extremely knowledgeable. He did a complete inspection and discussed what needed to be done to get our 12 year old door in operating condition. Within just a few hours their technician Beau arrived and immediately started to work. Obviously he knew what to do to repair our door. This door has never been as smooth and quiet as any door I’ve had. I’m glad to recommend Precision Door with their top notch professionalism.
