I called because my garage door opener stopped working. They came out that day. He diagnosed that the control board was burned out and showed it to me. I was able to replace it that day. A second repairman came 30 minutes later with the replacement unit and installed it that afternoon. I upgraded the opener to a quieter model and replace the rollers on the garage door with rubber. Now it is whisper quiet. He even helped me set up the outside keypad. I reccomend Precision Garage Door.

Nick was excellent, personable and efficient. He explained why is was not working and the adjustments the new door I purchased from them needed. We had a power outage and it wouldn’t open manually because of the adjustments needed. It’s a very heavy door and I needed instructions on opening it in case of power outages, a little different than my previous old door. Highly recommend this technician and company.

I was impressed with the speedy appointment time on Christmas Eve day. Rob was right on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all details of necessary repairs and installment. Bryan and Eddie were at my house to do the work immediately even before Rob had left. They were also polite and efficient. Bryan explained all the features of my new door system and was very patient. I would definitely recommend Precision to others. I am waiting for a part that was ordered. I have a few questions about the performance of my remote when the techs return.

I am acquainted with Precision through TV advertisements. I contacted the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered, took my information, and told me that I would get a call in the morning. Someone did call early the next morning. The employee described what needed to be done, and I agreed to have the door replaced. The workers came as planned, and did an outstanding job. I think they left the garage cleaner than the way they found it. The entire experience was very pleasant, and I am glad that I decided to call Precision. I like my new door.

The two service tech's that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service.
