This experience would have to be rated a 5. When Rob came to take a look at our garage door, that wouldn’t close, it was obvious he was extremely knowledgeable. He did a complete inspection and discussed what needed to be done to get our 12 year old door in operating condition. Within just a few hours their technician Beau arrived and immediately started to work. Obviously he knew what to do to repair our door. This door has never been as smooth and quiet as any door I’ve had. I’m glad to recommend Precision Door with their top notch professionalism.

A call to Precision Door resulted in an honest estimate of repairs by Scott who pointed out problems we were not previously aware of, thank you. After the appointment was scheduled, a very nice gentleman by the name of Beau came out to perform the work in a quick and efficient manner. All was done within 24 hours. Although I felt the price was a bit high, I was satisfied with the work performed.

The tech came out and wasn't able to help repair my door due to the company not working with the manufacturer of my door. Only choice would be a whole new door which wasn't necessary or in my budget. I wasn't charged for the visit since they couldn't help me. Honest company I would recommend.

5 stars throughout the whole process. Rob came out on tues afternoon to evaluate our garage door problem and was very courteous and knowledgeable representing your company in a very fine manner. Beau McClure came out at about 9:30am on Wednesday morning and by 12:30pm was finished completely leaving us with a new looking garage door.it is a pleasure to have employees representing a company like these two young men did. My door would not open and it was also about 16 years old to boot - we call the night before and received a phone call back in the early AM - the rep came out and gave us a very fair price in replacing except the door itself. We agreed on this and his tech was out here in less than 2 hours to do the repairs and replacements - EXCELLENT COMPANY WORK WITH. Upfront pricing, quick service, knowledgeable employees and easy to understand the process involved. A 5-star review for sure!!
