Garage door repair. We were very pleased with the fast reply and finished repair work done so soon and on the same day that we called you. Please see that Thomas gets this message. Thomas Scott has a very pleasant personality. I must confess I used a phase meant for my husband that Thomas took it as a meaning toward him and his work and I am truly sorry that happened. Thomas, I know I should never have used that word but, I was mugged by 2 of them years ago, which left a deep scar on me. Please forgive me, you are right, "you are much, much better than that"! Time of arrival was perfect. The person was knowledgable . But I think it is manufacture's fault - The cord that helps to operate the door manually is broken. And there is no way to fix that except buying a new set of door!! Something need be done

I wish to thank tech Scott and his supervisor, tech Jamez and tech Robert. They replaced my broken springs and got our car out the garage. The men worked without power.Hurricane Irma left us with broken garage door springs and no power. The replacement springs are far better than stock springs and I purchased a complete hardware overhaul with a lifetime warranty. I never have to worry about repairs again. I will always call Precision garage door repair service.

Steve replaced the light bulb, pushed a little button, replaced a nut, re-programmed our car devices and politely did not laugh at us! Matt was a super employee and super friendly. We would certainly recommend your company and certainly recommend technician Matt. We replaced the outdoor garage opener keypad and got two new remote controls for our cars, and Matt programmed/synchronized them all alike. He also lubricated the door opener mechanism itself.
