Steve replaced the light bulb, pushed a little button, replaced a nut, re-programmed our car devices and politely did not laugh at us! (That said, we are still chuckling, and in our defense, there were some odd circumstances). Have been happy with Precision for several years; wouldn't spend the time or effort to call anyone else. Matt was a super employee and super friendly. We would certainly recommend your company and certainly recommend technician Matt. We replaced the outdoor garage opener keypad and got two new remote controls for our cars, and Matt programmed/synchronized them all alike. He also lubricated the door opener mechanism itself.

One of the reasons I choose Precision was the great reviews. I was amazed at the quick response. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done before and after the install making sure I understood. This took place after only 4 days after Hurricane Irma.
