I called on a Sunday afternoon. completely stressed Because we couldn’t open the garage door manually or with power. I was so relieved that they were sending a tech so quickly. Greg arrived in less than 2 hours after I called. He called me also 45 mins to let me know he was on his way. He saw the problem right away, along with a few more. He had all the part on his truck, which was a plus. Greg was very professional and extremely friendly. We thought prices were extremely fair. He did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Precision Door for all of your garage door needs.

My garage door was in this home in 2007 and had never a problem so it needed help desperately, and I had no idea how much it needed. It is working like a dream because of the two gentlemen from your company knew exactly what it needed. It now doesn't make any noise and I can hardly hear it at all. They were so helpful and able to explain what I needed and why, what a difference this has made in the lack of noise that it had previously made, and what delightful, positive young gentlemen they were. They were very patient and explained what they would do and why they did it, they were very patient in telling all the facts that I needed. Best money I have ever paid for household to have an upgrade, and had no idea beforehand that I needed it.

We called Precision after a lightening strike knocked out our garage door opener. The office staff were courteous and professional and scheduled an appointment for us. They came promptly that day and installed a new system. The techs were punctual, courteous and professional.
