My door would not open and it was also about 16 years old to boot - we call the night before and received a phone call back in the early AM - the rep came out and gave us a very fair price in replacing except the door itself. We agreed on this and his tech was out here in less than 2 hours to do the repairs and replacements - EXCELLENT COMPANY WORK WITH. Upfront pricing, quick service, knowledgeable employees and easy to understand the process involved. A 5-star review for sure!!

I called on a Sunday afternoon. completely stressed Because we couldn’t open the garage door manually or with power. I was so relieved that they were sending a tech so quickly. Greg arrived in less than 2 hours after I called. He called me also 45 mins to let me know he was on his way. He saw the problem right away, along with a few more. He had all the part on his truck, which was a plus. Greg was very professional and extremely friendly. We thought prices were extremely fair. He did the job quickly and professionally.
