The technician was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done before and after the install making sure I understood. This took place after only 4 days after Hurricane Irma. Eric Heinz did a great job explaining what was needed right away, versus optional. Presented 3 options. Was matter of fact, making recommendations, but in no way pushing. Then performed the service/installation quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and professional throughout. Arrived and completed work same day as initial call.
