Tpm Scott was the technician who serviced my garage door.. I was so pleased with his knowledge snd service.. He was very polite and explained fo me all the questions I asked.. Precision does a really great job and I would recommend them to EVERYONE.. My key paid was disconnected during Irma and couldn;t be used but Tom took care of all the maintemance

Your technician Robert Fagan was great. He stated what was wrong with our garage door and opener. We had a blown out belt assembly and a bottom hinge was torn out at the bottom panel of our garage door. He recommended various solutions to our problem and we took his recommendation of replacing the belt and rail assemble for the door opener and replacing the hinge at the bottom panel on the garage door. He also gave us a quote to replace the garage door in order to bring this up to current wind code. We give Robert 5 stars for his professional work and recommendations.
