Precision Door came up when I google searched how to fix a broken garage door. Had emergency replacement done on a broken spring. I also opted for the door overhaul package: rollers, pulley, and bearing plate replacements. Blake came out to do my estimate and Beau did the actual repair. Everyone I dealt with starting with Jessica on the phone to the two technicians were friendly, courteous and prompt. I was lucky they were already in my area and showed up to work exactly when they estimated. The work done is superb and our ten year old garage door sounds brand new again!

Rob (sales) and William (installer) were both excellent. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and courteous about my needs. The prices were fair and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company. I've had other garage door companies upsell me for repairs and parts that weren't necessary. Although there was a recommendation for a new motor along with a new spring, rollers, etc., they weren't pushy and allowed me to stick with my old motor despite possible issues. The door is as good as new and as quiet as a mouse. When the motor goes (might be 2 weeks or 2 years), I will definitely call this company for the new one. These guys are straight shooters!

We called Precision to request an installation of a new garage door opener. The phone was answered promptly, and the installer, Nick, arrived at our residence within 45 minutes of our call. After explaining the opener options and the price for a belt-drive unit, Nick proceeded with the installation, which was completed within a couple of hours. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the features and operation of the system. The entire process was very professional, timely, and efficient. I've used Precision before & called again for help re-adjusting my opener after I replaced a broken coupler. Beau came out & started slowly diagnosing the problem & answering all my questions & explaining how my (13 year old) opener works. Limiters had popped out. Problem solved. He was very patient, positive attitude, informative & gave me options for future needs. Great service & highly recommend !!

Alex Wheeler was very professional from first phone call, very helpful in his assessment. He also recommended the needed replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. The second technician (I can remember his name) showed up on time and did an excellent and prompt service on the garage door spring and replacement of the Nylon Roller on track. He was very professional and the repair was done very quickly. They both did a great job from beginning to finishing installation. We called on New Years Day after our garage door opener quit working. They came out the next day to inspect it and then came the next day to put in new garage door openers. These guys came out on New Year's Day to replace our broken garage door springs. Our 1st techncian Alex came out promptly to access the situation and give the entire assessment of what needed repairs. He gave us several options with no pressure . We chose to have all moving parts replaced and backed by a lifetime guarentee. Within an hour our 2nd technician Maurice arrived with all the neccessary parts and had the job completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. Both men were very courteous and professional. I would completely recommend this company for service on your garage door.

Top flight organization. First discovered them a few years back when springs broke on an old garage door on a Friday evening (not their door). Found Precision online; called them. They were onsite to our home within two hours and repairs made! We needed a new door recently. Needless to say, we called Precision. Everything from sale, to scheduling, to install was excellent!

I called for service on New Years Day for my broken garage door. I really didn't expect to have anyone come out right away, but amazingly they had a guy out to my house within an hour! The tech, Steven, was great and had all the needed parts on the truck. He had me up and running in a couple of hours. Best of all, most of the repair was covered under warrant because they had done some work on my door nearly a decade ago. I didn't even realize that the previous repair carried a lifetime parts and labor warranty! Super happy!
