We called on New Years Day after our garage door opener quit working. They came out the next day to inspect it and then came the next day to put in new garage door openers. These guys came out on New Year's Day to replace our broken garage door springs. Our 1st techncian Alex came out promptly to access the situation and give the entire assessment of what needed repairs. He gave us several options with no pressure . We chose to have all moving parts replaced and backed by a lifetime guarentee. Within an hour our 2nd technician Maurice arrived with all the neccessary parts and had the job completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. Both men were very courteous and professional. Top flight organization. First discovered them a few years back when springs broke on an old garage door on a Friday evening (not their door). Found Precision online; called them. I called for service on New Years Day for my broken garage door. I really didn't expect to have anyone come out right away, but amazingly they had a guy out to my house within an hour! The tech, Steven, was great and had all the needed parts on the truck. He had me up and running in a couple of hours. Best of all, most of the repair was covered under warrant because they had done some work on my door nearly a decade ago. I didn't even realize that the previous repair carried a lifetime parts and labor warranty! Super happy!

The rep (Maurice) showed up within an hour. Had a trainee with him. Very professional and a great trainer. Evaluated my old opener and gave me several options for replacements. I called because my garage door opener stopped working. They came out that day. He diagnosed that the control board was burned out and showed it to me. I was able to replace it that day. A second repairman came 30 minutes later with the replacement unit and installed it that afternoon. I upgraded the opener to a quieter model and replace the rollers on the garage door with rubber. Now it is whisper quiet. He even helped me set up the outside keypad. I reccomend Precision Garage Door.

Nick was excellent, personable and efficient. He explained why is was not working and the adjustments the new door I purchased from them needed. We had a power outage and it wouldn’t open manually because of the adjustments needed. It’s a very heavy door and I needed instructions on opening it in case of power outages, a little different than my previous old door. Highly recommend this technician and company.
