Scott was very professional and did a great job! He explained everything he did and even answered a few other questions for me. When he finished the repair, he helped reprogram my controllers so I was back to normal in a flash! The garage door torsion spring broke one afternoon last week. I found a recommendation for Precision Doors on our community Facebook page and called that afternoon. An inspection tech was scheduled to be onsite the next morning at 8:00am. He arrived on time and was professional in his inspection and recommendations. He worked with my wife and we wound up replacing the springs and most of the door hardware as it was original equipment and over 20 years old. The installation tech arrived a few hours later and installed everything and left it in almost new condition. Both Precision employees were very professional and considerate with my wife. I would recommend the service to anyone needing garage door or opener services.

Austin Brubaker and Ian Carr installed my new garage door. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did a wonderful job installing my new door. They had the old one removed in no time and the new one was installed quickly. They cleaned up all debris and removed from property. They took the time to explain what was installed and how to use and program the outside key pad, interior wall pad and remotes. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. I am most impressed with the quality of the door, the quietness of the door when it opens and closes and the safety sensors. I love how the new door makes my house look. I highly recommend Precision and Austin and Ian as installers.

Well beyond anything I expected. I was working and the tech talked to my wife. He talked her through every single part of the process, was curtious, and didn't try to "sell us" on things we didn't need. We ended up with the full install, because we needed it, and they were in and out in a few hours. Plus, lifetime warranty. Are you kidding me? Awesome guys!

I have used your company several times, as always your employees were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, efficient, after the door was overhauled the mess was cleaned up, all old parts were hauled off. The overhaul of the door, new wheels, new motor, new springs, new bearings , new keypad, remotes, everything was awesome . Thank you again for allowing me to choose you.. below it asked what service did I have done. I believe they called it a overhaul, and it also asked what I got new, the easiest way to say it is: Everything but the door panels and track, otherwise everything else is new and it’s quite and we love it....

The keypad began malfunctioning so we called Precision and made an appointment for an evaluation. The company was extremely prompt and courteous. Tyler, the technician, called to let us know he was on the way and how long it would be. The keypad was replaced and is working beautifully.
