Very pleased, the technician explained my three options and I got to choose which one I wanted, no sales pressure, he install new springs, rollers, side cables, after seven years, certain parts ware out. Do not recommend customers do piece mill when repairing the garage door, do the job right, replace all moving parts and eliminate later problems.

Wayne came by on time, called ahead. Gave us a quote, told us everything he was going to do. He completed the work in about an hour. It was like getting a new garage door for a third of the price. It has never been that quite. We are very pleased, and would recommend to anyone who wants quality work.

Precision performed a service call from a garage door that was installed in 2014. The technician did a fantastic job and explained everything he was doing step by step. There was absolutely no charge. With that being said I would highly recommend Precision overhead Garage Doors for all your garage door needs. There work scheduled time is perfect, is very professional, neat with outstanding clean up when the job is complete. Out of a five star rating I would give them the 5 stars in all categories.

Robert showed up at the expect time, called to let me know he was on the way. When I explained to him what i did the last time the tech was here he sort of knew what was wrong this time. The other tech didn't tell me about cleaning off the paint on each section.
