I had a problem of the garage door making a very loud noise once it hits the concrete floor.Tech Eric assessed and found out that the spring was not the right one for my heavy garage and in addition the cables are worn out. Those were replaced after him explaining.Satisfied with the service. He is polite and knowledgeable.

After having to wait 4 days with another company, then they showed up late on the day of repair and then didn't have the part to repair the garage door opener. Enough....... I called Precision and I had outstanding customer.service. They even offered to come out the same day. I made the appointment for the folowing day. Andrew promptly showed up, he looked over everything, made some recommendations to me that I greatly appreciated. I acted upon several of his recommendations and Andrew went to work. Now I feel my garage door opening system is good to go for a long time to come. I feel I got my monies worth. I am thoroughly satisfied.

A friend recommended Precision. The technician introduced himself (Jerrod), I explained what I wanted. He explained he needed about 20 minutes to review the everything and prepare and estimate. He finished in about 20 minutes, explained each option to my satisfaction. The estimated were emailed, and I had a chance to review my options later in the day. Very pleasant experience!

The problem was to analyze lmtermitant problem with garage opening and closing. The service performed was the replacement of garage door opener and the replacement of the springs. The springs probably could have lasted another six months to a year. All options were explained and priced out for me to make a decision. The technician evaluated the issue and priced out all the options. He seemed knowledgable and did not pressure me into making a decision. I have used Precision in the past with no issues. I highly recommend Precision.

My serviceman was Noel. He was early & I 4got 2 give customer service my cell#. But when I pulled n2 my driveway he was there ! I apolized he had 2 wait (20mins) he said No Problem. My garage door was very noisey, sluggish & sometimes act like it didn't want 2 open or close. Noel 1 by 1 showed & explained 2 me on his computer what the problem was. He fixed it with in a reasonable time. He showed me what he fixed & how 2 operate the new system he put in & everythink worked perfect. Although it was a little pricey it was worth the price. Noel was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, soft spoken & took his time 2 repeat some of the information he explained before with Patience. I would recommend this company because my problem was fixed right the First Time ! He cleaned up after he finished. Precision gets 10 stars from me

Jeff was our tech and he was a great guy. He arrive as planned and talk to me our what was happening with the door. After talking about the door he did a evaluation found the problem with the opener which was 10 years old. he gave some options for repair /renewing the opener/door. I chose the complete overhaul of the door i.e. new spring safety eyes opener and track with wifi features etc. Very happy with the service, equipment and the tech super guy.

This is the second time (on separate residences) I’ve used Precision. They are extremely professional and the service has been scheduled the day after I called. The service techs always arrive on time and are wonderful at explaining the needed repair and showing the worn or broken parts. I’ve never felt that I was taken advantage of either. Favorably - unbelievable. As a financial analyst and consultant I am generally very cautious hiring construction companies. Jerrod was prompt, verified license and insurance, and listed exactly what he would be performing. The real surprise he completed the garage door "over haul" in a couple of hours, and provided all documentation electronically. Best service I have received from a contractor in a long time.

Service Tech was very professional. He repaired my garage door by installing new springs, cables, rollers and adjusting the door and belt drive. He also checked the circuit board. He cleaned up any mess that he made and all of these repairs in record time. I would tell anybody looking a repair on their garage door to contact Precision. You can't go wrong and Thank You again.

The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, is because he showed up 30 min after my scheduled time frame. Now they did call to let me know he was gonna be late, so that was good. When he did get there, he gave me a full estimate of what was needed and prices on everything. Service was quick and professional. He left the area clean and in working order. Also went over everything with me. Would definitely recommend them.

Am a little disappointed from the get go. I needed quick help to get my door open to get car out after balance spring came loose. I got that help but the tech was diverting request for a quick repair saying it would cost ~500.00 for a repair when I was going to purchase a new system anyway. Said he didn't have a spring in his truck. He was focusing on selling a new package. I intended to purchase a new door and power unit anyway after an estimate. He left after writing a purchase contract without reconnecting my spring leaving me a 76 yo, not smart to be on a ladder, to do the job myself. Took me 20 min. to connect the spring and all is working now. My old door is heavy and difficult for me to raise and lower manually so I needed the power unit during the interim waiting for new door installation. Nothing was broke the spring just came loose and I would think it be common practice for him to make that minor but essential fix for me prior to departing. Am optimistic that new package will be installed in a timely matter and professionally, We shall see.

My situation with my double garage door was very stressful and your staff was so comforting and professional every step of the way from the initial phone call to the clean-up after the install was complete. Your team of young men (I am a senior citizen) starting with William, who explained all of my options and was very kind and helpful seeing how stressed I was, and then with Edwin, Ian, and Matt, who removed the old door and installed the new door.
