Jeff arrived a little early after calling to let me know his arrival time. This was good news since I'd only called a few hours earlier and was in desperate need of spring replacement and ultimately a new operating system. He explained all the problems facing me and gave me a choice of tending to these bit by bit or entirely all at once. I chose to do it entirely at one time and he set about handling the several hours of work which brought him past 6 PM. He diligently dove into the big, hours long job with confidence and with a good attitude. He is very skilled, strong, experienced and pleasant. I felt entirely comfortable leaving him alone in the garage to do his work in peace. Previously, with other companies' repairmen, I felt extremely uncomfortable due to their aggressive personalities. I would not leave the garage while they were present since I had negative gut feelings about their tendencies. E.G., I stood watch while they were onsite. Theft was accomplished, despite this, in one case. Precision has provided me with a level of comfort due to their ability to hire professionals with good ethics!

My garage doors were a mess. Different codes, different remotes. One would open but not close. The other had a bad back up battery and worn parts. Precision door came out quick. Called early in the morning on Memorial Day May 28th, 2018 and was able to set an appointment for a technician to arrive between 10:30 am -12:00 noon. At approx. 9:15am, the technician, Ryan called and said he would be able to make it at 9:45am if that was ok, of which I replied that it was. Ryan arrived at that precise time. Ryan the technician was outstanding. Knowledgable, customer oriented and sensitive to our needs. Gave us all the options and explained each in detail, allowing us to make an informed decision. The quality and efficiency of the repair was second to none and we are so grateful to have been able to do business with such a great company. Should we ever have any needs again for our garage door we will definitely be calling Precision again.

The garage door was inspected and needed a complete overhaul of old ,worn rollers and hinges. A new garage door opener replaced the noisy, older model. The service was professionally done and everything that needed to be done and what was done was explained fully. The door now stays on track and the new opener works effortlessly and quietly.

I had a problem of the garage door making a very loud noise once it hits the concrete floor.Tech Eric assessed and found out that the spring was not the right one for my heavy garage and in addition the cables are worn out. Those were replaced after him explaining.Satisfied with the service. He is polite and knowledgeable.

After having to wait 4 days with another company, then they showed up late on the day of repair and then didn't have the part to repair the garage door opener. Enough....... I called Precision and I had outstanding customer.service. They even offered to come out the same day. I made the appointment for the folowing day. Andrew promptly showed up, he looked over everything, made some recommendations to me that I greatly appreciated. I acted upon several of his recommendations and Andrew went to work. The problem was to analyze lmtermitant problem with garage opening and closing. The service performed was the replacement of garage door opener and the replacement of the springs. The springs probably could have lasted another six months to a year. All options were explained and priced out for me to make a decision. The technician evaluated the issue and priced out all the options. He seemed knowledgable and did not pressure me into making a decision. I have used Precision in the past with no issues. I highly recommend Precision.
