Every aspect of their service was top notch. Came within 2 hours of calling to report our spring broke to give estimate. They needed to return the next day with a second person because one person could not lift the door with a broken spring. They came at 8;00 AM the next day and were done by 10 AM. They did a great job balancing the door which allowed it to be much quieter than the old door spring and rollers. My wife no longer complains about the noisy door. The other company that we had do maintenance on the old unit 2 years ago were not able to quiet it down despite spraying a lot of silicone all over the door hinges and our garage floor.

Ready to head out for an appointment at 10:25am the other day only to discover our garage door wouldn't open when we pushed the wall mounted opener button—it would go up about an inch and drop back down every time we pressed the open button. Released the belt drive and the two of us struggled to lift the massive wide door. Our first couple of lifts were futile but realizing we had to be on time for our appointment we put everything we had into our lift and as the door slowly began to rise against our straining I glanced up and saw the right side spring was broken. Our lift effort paid off and after pulling the car out and lowering the door carefully by hanging onto it we were on our way. Called Precision while getting underway and got a service appointment for that afternoon. Rob arrived a short while after we returned, did his service assessment, and said Evan would be there shortly to remedy our broken spring problem. We had him install two new springs and based on Rob’s assessment he took care of a couple of other items that rendered the door’s operation smoother and a lot quieter. This was Precision’s third visit in 6 years. They installed a new motor and drive system along with springs back in 2016. A year ago we had them out for wheel replacements and accompanying routine maintenance. This was the first time we required same day service and they were able to come out early that afternoon! Both Rob and Evan were extremely personable, well spoken, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very pleased with the performance of the two of them and believe that top notch service is part and parcel of Precision's corporate culture. Any reliable service of any kind today is not inexpensive but we’re convinced that in the long run you do get what you pay for. Sure, we could have gotten it taken care of for less, perhaps by having to accept a service appointment later than we needed it rather than sooner, with lesser quality parts that might not have been available when we needed them, and by less qualified individuals. Precision took good care of us when we first moved here and we’ll trust them to continue to do so as needed in the years to come.

I can't remember the gentleman's name who came out first to give us the estimate, but he was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong with the garage door system. He didn't try to upsell us but gave us options on what we could do to get our garage door in good working order. We were thrilled at the price that was quoted to us, and he was able to have the technician, Greg Franklin, start the job within the hour, the same day. Greg was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did a few extra things to ensure the garage door was fixed perfectly. I can't say enough great things about this company. We have been taken advantage of by another company that did the completely wrong thing, so it was refreshing to have a company not give us the run-around.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH TYLER WHO CAME OUT TO EVALULATE MY PROBLEM AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. So, 1 of our 2 garage door springs broke...grrrrrr! Contacted Precision Door Service, and within 1-1/2 hrs, Rob was at our home to take a look, and offered our options...replace springs only, replace springs + door parts + 1/2hp motor/rail, or replace springs + door parts + 3/4hp motor/rail. Our old motor/rail had been making a fair amount of noise and was 20+ yrs old...we went with option #3...a one-and-done decision that should cover us for a long time...LIFETIME warranty on motor & belt + 10yr warranty on all door parts. He made a couple calls to setup installation, and within 1 hr, Evan arrived. Very, VERY knowledgeable, personable and expedient! From start to finish, Evan had it all wrapped-up in only 1-1/2 hrs!! We are very pleased with the response we received...this company has their ducks-in-a-row, including taking pics before & after, all electronic invoicing, status reports of each step, texts showing who would be showing-up at our home (including pic for identification). I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door tune-up and repair needs. In my case, the garage door began to have high pitch squealing sounds going up or down in the last couple of days. The garage door was installed (when the house was built 10 years ago), and just had the minimal quality of rollers, springs and cable to get the garage door operational (pass house inspection), but nothing long term. After researching on the internet, I found Precision Garage Door Company had 5 stars from just about every customer whose garage door they service. After speaking with the service center technician, they had a service tech at my house within 45 minutes. The service tech was named Rob and he was very professional and personal when we meet. He was very meticulous in taking measurements and pictures of the entire garage door and its operating components. He then explained why I was having the high pitch squealing sounds and (I did not know) why the door motor was dragging. He explains all the equipment and parts needed to upgrade my door for a smother operation and the three types of repair plans. I made my selection of the repair plan, and he advised that a repair team would out to the house within a couple of hours. Within 45 minutes to an hour, Repair Technician Brittney and her assistant showed up to work on my garage door, they too were very professional and personal, and went right to work. In as little as over an hour or more, Brittney and assistant had completed the required repairs and equipment upgrades. She ensured the door operated properly and smoothly before cleaning up and departing. It has changed the operation of my garage door by leaps and bounds, by 100 percent. Again, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door needs, as well as this team that came to my house. Thank you.
