He took the time to go over what repairs were needed and provided an estimate. Called Precision this morning 4/2/18 had techs Robert Fagan and Ryan Rozelle at my home by 11 am on 4/2/18. We discussed the issues as to what would be the best course of action. Both very helpful. Had new hardware, springs, and motor done. Took around 2 1/2 hours. Showed me how it all worked, and done!!! Very pleased with the service being that good service is hard to fine these days. Both men were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for any type of garage door service! Thank you!! (PS...there were more products purchased and services performed than your drop down boxes allow me choose) Five star service all the way!

Just had a new Opener installed by Jacob. This guy was AWESOME. He explained everything in detail and made sure I made the right decision as to which opener would be best for our house. NO PRESSURE to buy. Our old opener started opening and closing on it's own and I really believe in this company. They installed springs on my door a few years ago, and I was so impressed with their service I knew I could trust them for the opener.
