We absolutely love our Insulaated Precision garage door and opener. It operates so quietly, our dog doesn’t hear us when we are coming home until we open house door. Service has been outstanding - from the person on the phone each time to the service technicians who have come to our home. Our garage stays cool in summer and warm in winter. We are very pleased.

Blake and Wayne came to service my garage door. They found the cause of the problem I was having, explained everything to me, then proceeded to fix it. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Then when they were done they explained what was done and how to use. They did not pressure me to do or buy anything. I was very satisfied with their work. Called Precision this morning 4/2/18 had techs Robert Fagan and Ryan Rozelle at my home by 11 am on 4/2/18. We discussed the issues as to what would be the best course of action. Both very helpful. Had new hardware, springs, and motor done. Took around 2 1/2 hours. Showed me how it all worked, and done!!! Very pleased with the service being that good service is hard to fine these days. Both men were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for any type of garage door service! Thank you!! (PS...there were more products purchased and services performed than your drop down boxes allow me choose) Five star service all the way!
