Our garage door stopped on a Sunday late afternoon so I went online and made an appointment with Precision Door Service. Monday morning they showed up and gave us an estimate. Within an hour they had all of the parts and 2 other men showed up and did the work. I have never had a garage door opener that is this quiet. Our opener was 17 years old and it was time to change it out. So I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs their garage door fixed.

I chose Precision because they installed my door 12 yrs ago . I got great service then as I did this time . My door needed maintenance as it was not working as quietly as it once did. The first service person came and diagnosed the problem . He called it in and the repair person came in the afternoon and fixed my problem . They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I have lived in Central Florida since 1965 and have used Precision at five of my homes. Every time they were on time, professional and very inexpensive. Their quality of work is unmatched today and their guarantees are valid. I had an issue with one of my doors over a year after they rebuilt it and they promptly serviced it within hours of my call and there was no charge! They are the best in the business and I was more than happy today when they rebuilt the garage doors on my recent home purchase. He explained everything to me in detail and I elected to do a complete door overhaul. He then sent Cameron to perform the work who did an outstanding job. Price to do this job was unbelievably high. Cannot believe how you can charge customers as much as you do. We will definitely find another company next time. Job took way longer then it should have making our renter of the house very upset with us! We thought a key pad was included and the bill shows almost 100.00 for one. Would not have had one installed if I would have known this. Was not even given the code for the key pad. The owners who paid this bill should have this important information . Not happy at all

Unbelievable service. Super professional, courteous, and friendly. I called to schedule an appointment on Tuesday 8/16 for a diagnostic of my garage door/opener and was given an appointment window of 300pm-600pm. I received a call from the service advisor at 215pm requesting to come earlier than scheduled, I was all to happy to say yes. Tyler arrived and was completely thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain his recommendation(s). I agreed to the suggested work and scheduled the work for Wednesday, 8/17 between 100pm-600pm. Evan called at 1125am checking to see if he could come earlier; again I was happy to say yes. Evan did a great job doing the spring conversion for my garage door and installing a new lift master belt driven opener. He was neat, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. Needless to say, the service I was provided exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company.
