Called Precision this morning 4/2/18 had techs Robert Fagan and Ryan Rozelle at my home by 11 am on 4/2/18. We discussed the issues as to what would be the best course of action. Both very helpful. Had new hardware, springs, and motor done. Took around 2 1/2 hours. Showed me how it all worked, and done!!! Very pleased with the service being that good service is hard to fine these days. Both men were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for any type of garage door service! Thank you!! (PS...there were more products purchased and services performed than your drop down boxes allow me choose) Five star service all the way!

Just had a new Opener installed by Jacob. This guy was AWESOME. He explained everything in detail and made sure I made the right decision as to which opener would be best for our house. NO PRESSURE to buy. Our old opener started opening and closing on it's own and I really believe in this company. They installed springs on my door a few years ago, and I was so impressed with their service I knew I could trust them for the opener.

Garage door broke on a Sunday right after lunch. I thought I would be charged an still and leg for a Sunday service call. Was I surprised when my tech Jerry gave me the estimate. No weekend service charge and they even had a special. Door was fixed within a couple hours at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.

This was my third time using Precision....they are always on time, the service technicians are professional, personable and honest. My door started making a lot of noise, i thought it was going to be an expensive fix but only a "tune-up" which included lubrication and some tightening of joints. What good news!

Not Happy with this Overpriced Door or the installation. it's a leaker! Damaged my Door opener upon installation. Extremely Noisy. and they tape the chain links together with electrical tape. Threshold weather-strip already curling up after 2 weeks of limited use. Poor Supplier and Customer service.

Anthony, I understand you were not happy with the process. First the delay of involving your attorney to negotiate with the insurance company, then the process of actually receiving the check from the insurance company, then the requirements the State of Florida has to pass inspection. We tried everything we could to rectify the situation but, I feel that there are some things that are out of our control. We did not damage your door, tape your chain together, nor did we provide you with anything less than professional and courteous customer service. Thank you for your feedback.

Diagnosed the problem. Solved it. Other parts needed replaced to make the garage door easier to open & more quiet. Workmen polite & efficent.
