I called to get my garage door repaired. Thank goodness the man that came out told me that the springs were not big enough to handle my door. When pulling the cord to disable the opener the door was so heavy I couldn't lift it and could fall down so hard that it could kill or hurt someone badly. He replaced the springs and now I can lift the door with one hand. When pulling it down manually, it stops at each section of the door so it can't slam down. I feel better knowing that my grandchildren could never get harmed from my garage door falling on them. The service man was pleasant and so nice. He gave me a break down of all costs so I could pick and choose what was within my budget that day. I of course chose the items that were a safety concern. You won't be disappointed in this company.

I would rate your service a 5. Called on a Saturday and got an appointment for Sunday for a broken spring. Ryan came on time, calling before he came. He was very polite and knowledgeable, reviewing all options with me with no high pressure, and finished the service in a timely manner. I would recommend Precision and use them again when needed.

Starting with the availability of a personal, knowledgeable person accepting my Saturday afternoon call and scheduling an appointment for today (Feb. 13) through the completion of the service provided by technician Tom Scott, I was totally pleased with my experience with Precision. Tom was extremely professional and demonstrated a commitment to excellence in replacing our openers and making sure the 30 year old doors operated like new. As he was completing the project he noticed a flaw in one of the new openers. Although late in the day, he did not hesitate to replace it to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. Technician Eric Heintz came out on a Saturday to tend to an issue my tenant was having with the garage door. I had initially called the Home Warranty Service Company, who's techs came out and stated I needed a new motor and new spring for over $600.00.... Eric unplugged the motor waited a few minutes and it reset! Honesty and Integrity! That's Precision Garage Door!
