My garage door went from sounding like a train rumbling though the house to a quiet Spring day. Just by changing the springs, rollers, and upgrading the opener, I was able to keep my existing door. Surprisingly, I realized I used Precision to replace a garage over 20 years ago in a different house in a different city when I went to pay them. I didn’t remember this when I saw a neighbor have this great company fix their garage and chose them to fix ours. I was so pleased and happy then as I am today. The people they hire to give estimates are courteous, precise, professional and knowledgeable They even fixed the garage the same day within hours. The prices were fair and honest, albeit a little higher. But the quality of materials and work was outstanding. Precision is a company of choice.

Precision is the best service provider of any kind that I have experienced in my 35 years in Orlando. My main garage door spring broke. I called. They (Brittney) were out in 20 minutes. Fixed the spring and did a complete inspection. My garage door hardware is 22 years old, and was struggling. They identified some areas of concern (safety and operational). We scheduled time to replace rollers, springs, cables and openers. Anthony and Evan did a really fantastic job with the work. Everything works perfectly. I am very impressed.

I called Precision because I see the truck in my neighborhood often and reviews were good. My experience was much better than I expected. My initial call with Noah was professional, friendly and quick. And, he got me an appt right when I wanted it. My initial technician Tyler was again excellent. He was fast and explained everything to me clearly, especially considering I’m far from a garage door/opener expert. I pretty much knew it was time for a new door opener and chose to do that vs any kind of repair. Cameron came with another person (I’m sorry, I’ve forgotten his name), but both were very nice. I was on a bit of a timeline and they got that opener in, serviced my door AND got my app and car programmed with me in a bit over an hour. Very impressive. I’m super happy with the whole process from start to finish. Can’t say that about most companies anymore. Thank you.

We called Precision Doors because they received the highest rating on our Neighborhood app. Now we understand why our neighbors rate them so highly. Ian and Matthew arrived yesterday morning right on time. They dismantled our old door and installed the new one. They were professional throughout the process. After installation Ian provided a much appreciated tutorial on door maintenance and operation during power outages and allowed time to answer all our questions. The only glitch in the entire process was when we placed our order the office staff incorrectly entered our plat number when applying for the work permit so it provided some uncomfortable moments for our neighbor who’s plat was entered. Once I alerted the office they immediately identified and I assume corrected the error because our neighbor hasn’t complained again. Thank you all for such a great job.

Every aspect of their service was top notch. Came within 2 hours of calling to report our spring broke to give estimate. They needed to return the next day with a second person because one person could not lift the door with a broken spring. They came at 8;00 AM the next day and were done by 10 AM. They did a great job balancing the door which allowed it to be much quieter than the old door spring and rollers. My wife no longer complains about the noisy door. The other company that we had do maintenance on the old unit 2 years ago were not able to quiet it down despite spraying a lot of silicone all over the door hinges and our garage floor.

Ready to head out for an appointment at 10:25am the other day only to discover our garage door wouldn't open when we pushed the wall mounted opener button—it would go up about an inch and drop back down every time we pressed the open button. Released the belt drive and the two of us struggled to lift the massive wide door. Our first couple of lifts were futile but realizing we had to be on time for our appointment we put everything we had into our lift and as the door slowly began to rise against our straining I glanced up and saw the right side spring was broken. Our lift effort paid off and after pulling the car out and lowering the door carefully by hanging onto it we were on our way. Called Precision while getting underway and got a service appointment for that afternoon. Rob arrived a short while after we returned, did his service assessment, and said Evan would be there shortly to remedy our broken spring problem. We had him install two new springs and based on Rob’s assessment he took care of a couple of other items that rendered the door’s operation smoother and a lot quieter. This was Precision’s third visit in 6 years. They installed a new motor and drive system along with springs back in 2016. A year ago we had them out for wheel replacements and accompanying routine maintenance. This was the first time we required same day service and they were able to come out early that afternoon! Both Rob and Evan were extremely personable, well spoken, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very pleased with the performance of the two of them and believe that top notch service is part and parcel of Precision's corporate culture. Any reliable service of any kind today is not inexpensive but we’re convinced that in the long run you do get what you pay for. Sure, we could have gotten it taken care of for less, perhaps by having to accept a service appointment later than we needed it rather than sooner, with lesser quality parts that might not have been available when we needed them, and by less qualified individuals. Precision took good care of us when we first moved here and we’ll trust them to continue to do so as needed in the years to come.

I can't remember the gentleman's name who came out first to give us the estimate, but he was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong with the garage door system. He didn't try to upsell us but gave us options on what we could do to get our garage door in good working order. We were thrilled at the price that was quoted to us, and he was able to have the technician, Greg Franklin, start the job within the hour, the same day. Greg was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did a few extra things to ensure the garage door was fixed perfectly. I can't say enough great things about this company. We have been taken advantage of by another company that did the completely wrong thing, so it was refreshing to have a company not give us the run-around.
