5 stars! these guys came right out and fixed our door after I closed it on a box and broke a cable. I was terrified it was totaled but he fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Precision was as good if not better than my son told me they were. They called and arrived on time. Inspected everything and explained everything and answered any questions I had. The Techs were friendly, careful and cleaned up when they were done. They made sure I knew how to work everything that was new. I now have new parts that were needed to make the repair and prevent future repairs.

I was at home when the tech came to the house to repair the garage door. My name is Donna Bardou. The tech was very professional and offered me the option of doing other items while he was here. I appreciated that. He was friendly and was able to make the adjustment to the door in a timely manner. The scheduling of the visit was fast and easy as well. The tech phoned prior to arriving. i felt this was a sales call not a service call! the tech was nice but pushed selling! and gave excuses. i needed a spring adjustment and tried to tell me springs two years old can go bad or be broken. tried to sell me a new door opener that started @ $400 and up. i know i had issues with my opener and the people who made it (still under warranty ) told me the parts i needed to fix it and was the ones to advise of the spring adjustment.

Happy 4th of July, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. At Precision Door Service of Central Florida, we try to provide our customers with minimum repairs to safely get your garage door working again. We also provide our customers with recommendations to safely use your garage door for years to come. It was documented that you added insulation to your door which added weight to it. This causes the door to become unbalanced thus straining your motor. This strain has stripped the trolly and damaged your coupler, which is visible on the photos of the logic board we emailed you. As for the warranty from the motor manufacturer, if the damage to the motor was under warranty, they would replace the parts for free. Instead they sold you the replacement parts. The replacement parts do not address the damage to the logic board, and you will continue to experience intermittent problems. For this reason, the technician suggested a long term solution of replacing the motor vs piecing together your old Genie motor. After you declined our recommendations, we only provided you with the minimum repair as requested. Thanks again for your feed back,

Bill: The technicians did a good job. I was told by Andrew I would get another remote, we spoke on the phone. The tech's were not aware of the second remote. Also, one of the tech's looked in his phone for the agreement and said he did not see a request for 2 key pads and they didn't bring them. I called the office and talked to Charlie telling him the pads were in the agreement and I gave him the numbers that pertained to the pads. I told him they could forget about the second remote. I gave them a check for the full payment that same day- June 27th. Someone is to meet with me again about the key pads on July 2nd.

First, garage door opener wasn't working and the old garage doors needed to be replaced. Second, I ask the technician to install the new garage door opener however, he wanted to wait till the new garage doors came in. This doesn't help the fact that for a month I will not be able to access the garage! Then after paying over $3000.00 dollars for new doors and garage door opener, there is a charge on the receipt for a $69.00 service call. There was no service preformed! The technician did everything NOT to install the garage door opener, just to make the overall sale.
