Tyler came to the rescue to my garage door that wouldn’t open. I quickly learned that a sensor had been knocked off kilt. Tyler was patient, able to clearly show me what happened and how to resolve it in the future. I highly recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

Scott was very good at explaining what needed to be done. installed new spring and did a tune up on the door. After he was done I was shown all the new parts that were replaced. I would have to give Scott a 5 Star Rating!!!!!

The tech that came out to give us a quote was nearly 1/3 of the cost of what the other company quoted and he said the repair he was quoting was fine and did not need to be worked on at this time. Based on that alone, there is no way I could recommend, your otherwise FANTASTIC service, to anybody I know with a straight face. That’s just me being honest, because that’s who I am.

Service tech Rob was on time and helped me with my remotes that were not working. He listened to everything I had to say, checked over the entire system, adjusted the sensors near the bottom of the door, reset the remotes, and all is working great. Precision belt driven system is quiet, great investment. System check was thorough and appreciated the next day service.
