The new belt drive motor is super quiet and smooth compared to the old screw type. With the updates to my door it should last a long time. The warranty from 2011 for spring repair saved a huge amount for today's service.

Precision Door has provided excellent service each time I've called them. The technician was professional and polite. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and because there was a warranty in place, I now have a new opener. This was totally unexpected and exceedingly great news for a retiree. I would heartily recommend Precision Door Service for all needs related to your garage door. Each time I've had an issue, the technicians worked until the problem was completely resolved. Greg and Mason did a great professional job of replacing my whole unit, install nylon rollers and new trip lights as well as adjusting tracks. They installed a new entry pad and programmed both fobs as well as my car mirror. They showed up on time and Greg was very courteous. I'm very happy with my quiet new opener!

Tyler came to the rescue to my garage door that wouldn’t open. I quickly learned that a sensor had been knocked off kilt. Tyler was patient, able to clearly show me what happened and how to resolve it in the future. I highly recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

My garage door broke a few days before I was to go out of town. Thank goodness I saw a sticker on the door by a previous owner so I called. I called Precision to get a second estimate to repair three roll up doors. The tech that came out to give us a quote was nearly 1/3 of the cost of what the other company quoted and he said the repair he was quoting was fine and did not need to be worked on at this time. I have found our forever garage door repair company!
