Precision Door has provided excellent service each time I've called them. The technician was professional and polite. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and because there was a warranty in place, I now have a new opener. This was totally unexpected and exceedingly great news for a retiree. I would heartily recommend Precision Door Service for all needs related to your garage door. Each time I've had an issue, the technicians worked until the problem was completely resolved. They always exhibited a good attitude and were very helpful. Thank you for great service!

Greg and Mason did a great professional job of replacing my whole unit, install nylon rollers and new trip lights as well as adjusting tracks. They installed a new entry pad and programmed both fobs as well as my car mirror. They showed up on time and Greg was very courteous. I'm very happy with my quiet new opener!

Tyler came to the rescue to my garage door that wouldn’t open. I quickly learned that a sensor had been knocked off kilt. Tyler was patient, able to clearly show me what happened and how to resolve it in the future. I highly recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

We had unexpected issues with the garage door. We placed the call left a message and our call was returned immediately. We made the appointment for the very next day. The Technician came over. He was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Our safety was his main concern. Certain replacements were made. He did an absolute great job. We are pleased with his work. My garage door broke a few days before I was to go out of town. Thank goodness I saw a sticker on the door by a previous owner so I called. I called Precision to get a second estimate to repair three roll up doors. The tech that came out to give us a quote was nearly 1/3 of the cost of what the other company quoted and he said the repair he was quoting was fine and did not need to be worked on at this time. I have found our forever garage door repair company!

Based on that alone, there is no way I could recommend, your otherwise FANTASTIC service, to anybody I know with a straight face. That’s just me being honest, because that’s who I am.

Very happy with my service from Precision. Very friendly professional. Came out same day and installed a new garage motor and complete replacement. Tyler was very thorough, friendly, and complete Les my job in a reasonable manner. He was very helpful in explaining everything when he was finished.
