Don't hesitate to call Precision Door. From Todd, my salesperson, to the office and installers -- everyone was professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! The installation was perfect, the crew educated me on the new programs and safety features, clean-up was thorough and follow-up was timely. The products (Haas and Lift-Master) are great quality with features that I will really enjoy in the future. Well done, Precision! VLH - Eustis, FL

Good morning I thank you for your service on my Garage door also the repairs that were done. I was well pleased for the service Person who came out very professional and He explained well what was the procedure was going to happen before the repair. The phone calls to remind me again the time and date for service. I went you all once before, because the other company would not come out even to see the matter, I have family in town and if an emergency came up, I would never have gotten out. But you all did. You all have a Great Company. I will always recommend your Company. Thank You again.

I called Precision to have a salesman visit us to discuss garage doors..Cameron showed up in about an hour. We had very specific expectations for a new door and opener. He was very knowledgeable and able to show and explain doors and openers that met our requirements. The work crew (Matt & Jason) were very organized not only with tools and materials but also very knowledgeable with them. The job was done with precision and in about 3 hours. Everything looks and performs great. Even the final inspector was impressed with the door. We strongly recommend this company.

Precision rep, Qz Deer, is an exceptional employee! Prompt, professional & courteous. At my home, he replaced the garage door tube, springs & cables, then lubricated all moving parts, and added 2 new struts to reinforce garage door. He is very thorough; takes his time to ensure his work is completed without defects & ensures the customer is satisfied. Mr. Deer is an asset to your business.

"I chose Precision Garage Door Service mainly because of the positive reviews it has received. Two young men came to my home, whose combined ages did not add up to mine. However, their professional behavior and knowledge were exceptional, as if they were seasoned veterans. I have decided to make Precision Garage Door Service my annual PM company."

From the initial phone call to the completed product the process was a pleasure. Austin who came to my home to assess the exiting door, told me of my options resulting in a replacement door was incredibly helpful as there are many options. The two techs Jason and I wish I had retained the other gentlemen's name were extremally professional, polite and neat with the install. Austin also came during the install to meet and speak with myself. I received texts prior to arrival of representatives and emails of updates. I am quite happy and would recommend Precision Door. A company is only as good as the individuals who represent them and Precision Door has a great team!

We had a complete overhaul of our garage door system. Nick McAdory arrived to assess the situation. His explanations, recommendations and general advice were thoroughly explained. He reviewed the quote and addressed our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Arrangements were quickly made to compete the job. Jancarlos Bautista arrived an hour later to complete the repair. His work was impeccable. His explanations were clear and concise. He addressed all issues and, before leaving, made sure we were completely satisfied, explaining each step of the repair so we had an in-depth understanding of the work. He is a most impressive young man, a consummate professional and a credit to Precision. The company is A+ and “5-star in every respect. Honest, fair, professional - should be everyone’s “go to” for this service.
