We had a complete overhaul of our garage door system. Nick McAdory arrived to assess the situation. His explanations, recommendations and general advice were thoroughly explained. He reviewed the quote and addressed our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Arrangements were quickly made to compete the job. Jancarlos Bautista arrived an hour later to complete the repair. His work was impeccable. His explanations were clear and concise. He addressed all issues and, before leaving, made sure we were completely satisfied, explaining each step of the repair so we had an in-depth understanding of the work. Good service, pleasant workers. Only problem is that the person who estimates is not the one who installs, so you have to wait until a later time in the day for the installation to happen. Door works as expected and works great.

After a power outage on New Year's Eve, I started having issues with my garage door. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Two employees came out and checked out the door and let me know what they could do. Today, Jimmy, came out to do on the repairs. Very nice gentleman. He explained everything he was going to do and before he left he showed me everything he had done and made sure I understood. Great guy. I would recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. GREAT company and GREAT employees.

I contacted Precision late in the afternoon due to an issue with my garage door. The technician Nick was at my house the next day at 8am to assess the issue. He was very thorough, explained the issue and gave me several options for fixing my garage door. Another Technician (Evan and his associate) were dispatched to install the repairs later that same afternoon. Evan explained the repairs that were agreed would be performed and then reviewed the repairs once they were finished. Everything but the door itself needed replaced. He also assisted with setting up the App that came with the new garage opener. Great customer service start to finish!

Tyler, our technician, arrived on time and explained what work needed to be done with my garage door to correct the problems I was having since a screen door had been installed two years prior. 11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional.
