I had a broken spring and a competitor installed two new springs, after installation I noticed the door would shudder upon opening, I called the owner of competing company and he refused to send a technician to check it out but tried to sell me a new door and opener! My handyman recommended Precision door serrvice. The precision technician, Noel, did a complete safety check and quickly diagnosed my problem: the installed springs were the wrong type and would not balance the door. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and professional he gave me several quotes including the basic repair and others with extras to keep my older door in good order for several years to come. A lifetime warranty on all labor and a limited warranty on all new arts was included. I highly recommend Precision's excellent work and business practices.

Wow! What a great experience we just had with your business. Our garage doors had stopped working and we were in a real bind. I found your website via Google and when I called we had a technician to us within the hour! Rob did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in explaining to us what the problem was and how he could fix it for us. He worked tirelessly all day and had our doors working even better than before when he left. It was great that he had everything he needed right on his truck so we didn't have to wait at all. Rob was very professional and cleaned up everything so you wouldn't even have known someone had been working in the garage all day. We are very satisfied customers and will definitely recommend your business. Thanks so very much!

I called Precision at 1 PM and they had a repairman at my house only 3 hours later. He was friendly and knew what to do. Didn't give me the hard sell, but advised me to get an overhaul with a lifetime guarantee. He finished up in a couple hours, lubed the it all up, and showed me how to maintain the door lubrication. It was good to get this resolved quickly and not have to worry about another broken torsion spring, ever.

I was very happy to select Precision to repair my garage door, The technician came promptly at the set time, was friendly, courties and fast to solve my problem with the door (while I was very let down by another company, who promised to come at a certain time, but no appearance and no calls while I waited. I recommend this company highly.

I had serious issues with my garage door and need help immediately. I called Precision on a Wednesday night, they had Alex out the next day (very versatile scheduling) and was very honest, friendly, professional, and fair with me. Then they had 2 gentlemen out less then 3 hours later to fix my garage. Blake and Mason were so polite and professional! They were done in less then 2 hours. My garage door is like new!! I highly suggest Precision garage doors! You won’t be disappointed. I would rank them as an A++ company.

Bret was personable, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.....was very impressed with his work and performance. He did not try to pressure sell me into something I did not need. Bret explained what was needed, the options recommended and then after my decision went ahead with the work without judgement. The new belt drive motor is super quiet and smooth compared to the old screw type. With the updates to my door it should last a long time. The warranty from 2011 for spring repair saved a huge amount for today's service.
