Dylan came out right on time, was pleasant, and efficient. He took care of a small issue I was having with the remote door opener. He completed the work on my garage door with the piece that had to be ordered. I have been extremely impressed with the company and all of the employees I have met.

I was impressed with the speedy appointment time on Christmas Eve day. Rob was right on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all details of necessary repairs and installment. Bryan and Eddie were at my house to do the work immediately even before Rob had left. They were also polite and efficient. Bryan explained all the features of my new door system and was very patient. I would definitely recommend Precision to others. I am waiting for a part that was ordered. I have a few questions about the performance of my remote when the techs return.

I am acquainted with Precision through TV advertisements. I contacted the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered, took my information, and told me that I would get a call in the morning. Someone did call early the next morning. The employee described what needed to be done, and I agreed to have the door replaced. The workers came as planned, and did an outstanding job. I think they left the garage cleaner than the way they found it. The entire experience was very pleasant, and I am glad that I decided to call Precision. I like my new door.

Excellent service! Our spring broke on Sunday afternoon and before dinner the same night the service techs replaced all the hardware on our door including the spring. They were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend PDS!

Both the gentlemen (Maurice and Teddy, hopefully I got that right; I'm horrible with names) that arrived were courteous and professional and performed the repairs on my door quickly and completely. Weekend hours, ie. 24/7 days a week. Garage door repair. From the time I called your office to the completion of our repairs, I could not have asked for a more professional repair person than Nick! He explained the repairs needed in terms I could understand. When he knew he could do the repairs that day, Sunday, I knew I had chosen the right company. The $20.00 trip charge was taken off and we got a Seniors Discount!! You are the best. I had called a company we had used just this August, no information they were not open 24/7, nothing on their website to let you know that. Very poor when you are dealing with an issue where you cannot lift a 500 lb garage door to get out of the garage. A safety issue that Precision takes seriously by being open 24/7. Thanks for keeping us safe, even on weekends. We had several parts that needed to be replaced and Nick had them all on his truck.

We called Precision after a lightening strike knocked out our garage door opener. The office staff were courteous and professional and scheduled an appointment for us. They came promptly that day and installed a new system. The techs were punctual, courteous and professional. The technicians spoke very highly about the owners of company, their systems and the other technicians. Very impressive!

Garage door was not opening properly. I tried to fix it myself by tightening the cable only to make matters worse. My previous repair with another vendor replaced the motor and springs but didn't replace the rollers and align the tracks or wires. I purchased the package to replace springs, cables, and rollers as they were old. They realigned the tracks and put new springs and rollers. This comes with a lifetime warrenty parts and labor. They also came out on Fathers day when I called them on Saturday, This was an emergency as I could not get my cars our. They did a great job and the door opens quietly and smoothly. It needed an upgrade. Great job.

Precision installed our garage door for us 5 years ago. This call was for a maintenance and checkup call. Adam arrived right on time, did a great job adjusting and lubricating the door. It is so much quieter now! And I know everything has been inspected! Great job!

Came out on a Friday to evaluate problem with our garage door opener, gave complete diagnosis and various options for repair/replacement. I went with a new motor and they gave a discounted pricing on various other parts that needed replacement. Installing crew came out 30 min later and got the job done within 1 hours. Great all around.
