Amazing service. Got estimate and work done same day. Both guys the estimator and the one who came over to do the work were great. The man that did the work did excellent job even worked through thunder storm until job was finished. The man who did the estimate did not try to sell us what we didn’t need but exactly what our doors needed to make them safe and work properly. I've used Precision in the past to repair my garage door in our home and they did a fantastic job. Worth the money. Since that time, we moved into a new home which had old garage door springs which I decided to have replaced before they broke. I called Precision to come out and just replace the springs. That’s all I wanted for now. When the first technician arrived, Alex, he first did a 25-point inspection which involved taking apart the motor box and checking everything inside. Well after doing so, the motor stopped working. It was working fine before he did the inspection. Alex couldn’t figure out why it was acting up and just assumed that due to its age, I needed a new motor. He then proceeded to give me replacement options for a new motor which of course, I was not yet prepared to purchase. So the motor was rendered useless, leaving it worse than before he arrived. This was frustrating to me since all I wanted was to replace the old and rusty springs! Now I was left with a non-working garage door opener. Then Alex told me that a 2nd technician, Mason, would be coming out in 15 minutes to replace the springs and rollers. Mason did the job and it really looks great. And for that, I give them 4 stars. But the fact that they left my motor useless got me frustrated. So the next day, I called another garage door repair company called "#1 Garage Door" to come out and take a look at it. Within 5 minutes, the technician (Ron) found that the tech from Precision (Alex) reversed the open limit and close limit cables. The tech from "#1 Garage Door" switched the cables, and now my garage door works perfectly again. But I had to pay another fee to have "#1 Garage Door" come out fix the mistake Precision made. I’m sorry, Precision, but my latest experience was not the best because of this incident. I usually give 5-star reviews, but I just can’t this time. I’m going to be calling Precision on Monday to see if they can reimburse me the charge that I had to pay #1 Garage Door ($47.25) due to Precision’s mistake.

Replaced opener that was not working properly. Also replaced spring which they had installed a few years ago. Fixed door so it was balanced properly. Explained me options as I am in my 80's and don't want more than I need. Gave me a Senior discount, a coupon discount, and a lifetime guarantee. Workers were fast, courteous, explained everything well and cleaned up the area. I would recommend them to anyone that needs that type of service.

I had opener,rollers,springs,cables etc. replaced. A technician came out at 10:00 AM showed me all the trouble sites and quoted me a fair price. At 12:30 PM two technicians came and completed the job by 2:30 PM. Showed me step by step everything they did and replaced. They answered all my questions knowledgeably. Best in-home service I have received in a long time. 5 stars.

I was very satisfied with the entire process working with Precision Garage Door. Starting with the initial call, service was prompt. Rob came to check out our entire system and presented various option packages without any pressure to choose one way or another. He was there within the timeframe told when we set up the appointment. Rob also called as he was getting closer to give me a more exact time of arrival. The same thing occurred with Beau prior to his arrival. We used precision to replace our garage door opener several years ago. They did a first class job and up graded the roller mechanism--so it worked more smoothly and mitigated the vibration that was causing some minor cracking in the garage ceiling. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. We had a problem with a spring failing today. They came out within hours and replaced the spring free of charge under the warranty- no costs for parts or labor. We are obviously very pleased. 1/25/19

Precision Door is the best Garage door company ever! My garage door spring broke sometime in the middle of the night. That morning at 530 my daughter had to go to work and I had to manually open the door for her and the car to get out. I called right away and I was scheduled that day. I had a broken spring and a competitor installed two new springs, after installation I noticed the door would shudder upon opening, I called the owner of competing company and he refused to send a technician to check it out but tried to sell me a new door and opener! My handyman recommended Precision door serrvice. The precision technician, Noel, did a complete safety check and quickly diagnosed my problem: the installed springs were the wrong type and would not balance the door. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and professional he gave me several quotes including the basic repair and others with extras to keep my older door in good order for several years to come. A lifetime warranty on all labor and a limited warranty on all new arts was included. I highly recommend Precision's excellent work and business practices.
