Bill: The technicians did a good job. I was told by Andrew I would get another remote, we spoke on the phone. The tech's were not aware of the second remote. Also, one of the tech's looked in his phone for the agreement and said he did not see a request for 2 key pads and they didn't bring them. I called the office and talked to Charlie telling him the pads were in the agreement and I gave him the numbers that pertained to the pads. I told him they could forget about the second remote. I gave them a check for the full payment that same day- June 27th. Someone is to meet with me again about the key pads on July 2nd.

Called Precision this morning 4/2/18 had techs Robert Fagan and Ryan Rozelle at my home by 11 am on 4/2/18. We discussed the issues as to what would be the best course of action. Both very helpful. Had new hardware, springs, and motor done. Took around 2 1/2 hours. Showed me how it all worked, and done!!! Very pleased with the service being that good service is hard to fine these days. Both men were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend your company to anyone looking for any type of garage door service! Thank you!! (PS...there were more products purchased and services performed than your drop down boxes allow me choose) Five star service all the way!

Technician Eric Heintz came out on a Saturday to tend to an issue my tenant was having with the garage door. I had initially called the Home Warranty Service Company, who's techs came out and stated I needed a new motor and new spring for over $600.00.... Eric unplugged the motor waited a few minutes and it reset! Honesty and Integrity! That's Precision Garage Door!

Excellent Service. Had a door opener quit and our daughter is expecting to deliver any minute.. Call Precision and they wer over in less than 3 hours! Problem fixed. Oh, since we had the door spring done by them with lifetime warranty they noticed door was out of balance. Ended up replacing springs, no charge. Highly Recommended......
