My garage door broke a few days before I was to go out of town. Thank goodness I saw a sticker on the door by a previous owner so I called. Bill Do you teach your service people on the phone to say one price (replace 2 springs ) $299 then when the service person comes out $680? I was at my dentist office when they called and said the different price. I told you service guy I was quoted 299. Why 680 oh life time warranty and Home Depot used the wrong parts ( which Home Depot is going to call me back about) My neighbor said your company was great.i had 2 quotes from other companies for $225 to change the springs. Why because I’m a woman would you do this to your mom. My Dentist said don’t let them take advantage of you( the woman in the office said great job Cyndi don’t let them do that). My ending price was $335 because I said yes to a metal washer? The service guy was very polite I just don’t like to be taken advantage of, also waiting for Home Depot to call me back for not doing there job correctly. Garage door was installed 2013

Great company. Great product. They upgraded garage door at home and did makeover on one at office—-new springs, rollers, etc. The beast was tamed. Also installed electric system on each. No complaints. Tech stayed at it in both cases until it was perfect. Highly recommended.

I expected the springs to last longer than they did, and complained, but the serviceman replaced both springs in a polite and timely manner. I'll be monitoring how long these last.

Precision was as good if not better than my son told me they were. They called and arrived on time. Inspected everything and explained everything and answered any questions I had. The Techs were friendly, careful and cleaned up when they were done. They made sure I knew how to work everything that was new. I now have new parts that were needed to make the repair and prevent future repairs.

Bill: The technicians did a good job. I was told by Andrew I would get another remote, we spoke on the phone. The tech's were not aware of the second remote. Also, one of the tech's looked in his phone for the agreement and said he did not see a request for 2 key pads and they didn't bring them. I called the office and talked to Charlie telling him the pads were in the agreement and I gave him the numbers that pertained to the pads. I told him they could forget about the second remote. I gave them a check for the full payment that same day- June 27th. Someone is to meet with me again about the key pads on July 2nd.
