The third time I've called them in the 10 years I've owned my home. Their response time is incredible...all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick and explain what they are doing and your repair options. Prices are reasonable and the warranties first rate. Unheard of service in this day and age....

My spring broke, and Jon diagnosed it - and that everything else was on the way out too. Jon replaced everything but the door - motor, springs, rollers, wires/cords, etc. He was great, nice, quick, and kind. Definitely appreciated it. Thanks Jon!

Called for a quote @ 8am and the sales rep was here by 9:30am. After receiving the quote, I gave them the go ahead. By 12pm the service techs had arrived and by 3pm the new garage door was installed. I could not have been happier with the service and cost. AAA+++ company. George & Shane are true professionals!!!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. The technician Dylan was there within 2 hours after I called and was also very courteous and very helpful. He made the repair, educated me on the type of garage door I had (I am a new homeowner), and made much appreciated recommendations for future services that might be needed but didn't pressure me into anything. I will definitely use Precision as my garage door repair/replacement service center. Thank you Precision and Dylan!

Eric attempted to repair existing opener which was only about 3 years old, but was not able to due to electronic board. New unit installed with all moving parts replaced. $999.98. Hopefully Precision will stand by the warranty to avoid future expensive repair costs. Again the consumer must rely on the honesty and integrity of the service provider. Eric was courteous, explained everything in detail and I believe did a good job. He represents your company well.

In fact, called us and said he was ahead of schedule and would be there at 2 pm - and he was. He explained everything that needed to be done, was very knowledgeable, very courteous, very friendly. Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!

The entire process was very easy and professional. Kay at the call center set a same day appointment and Jonathan showed on time. I would recommend Precision. We had a garage door opener problem and William was very knowledgable and did a complete inspection of the opener and the door. He was on time which is great. Also he clearly communicated the problem and solution which I think is very helpful. And he fixed the problem.

Found Precision in the Yellow Pages and called for an appointment. They were here in under an hour. The technician Kevin was very polite, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. They presented me with three repair options and didn't try to sell me the best option. I opted for the best option and am glad I did. I would recommend their services to anyone!
