Great service. Technician (Nick) called during the time he was scheduled, told us when he would be here and arrived as stated. He did a thorough inspection of our very old door and opener. Replaced the springs and cables and finished in good time. Nick did a super job for us. Highly recommend.

The garage door that had a broken spring had repairs and the motor upgraded and is now WHISPER quiet! I can barely hear the door now...amazing quality and skill! Blake did an excellent job. He was very professional and efficient. He diagnosed and then replaced the broken spring issue and replaced the rollers in my other door. I would call Precision any time I have a garage door issue.

I called Precision at about 10:30 this morning. Their service tech, Dylan, was here shortly after noon and has finished and left about 20 minutes ago. He told me what was wrong and fixed it and stated other items that would need attention in the future. Best service I've had from any company in a long time.

Precision has been our vendor of choice for several years. We are generally pleased with the technicians, level of competency, arriving within promised time frame, and the overall demeanor and quality of service. Our problem began with a non-functioning garage door--stuck in open position.In attempt to close, loud grinding sound came from the motor and springs did not function properly. Saw Precision on Amazon and received info in mail.Made an early evening call, Representative was polite, courteous, scheduled service call for that night much to our surprise. Service tech arrived within the hr. He determined the problem quickly. The motor was defective, needed replacement and springs were replaced. The Tech was extremely professional, courteous,knowledgable, and a hard worker leaving the work area clean of debris upon completion of work. He gave full instruction on how to use the inside, outside door remotes and hand remotes. We never had a more quiet working garage door---what a pleasure.Many thanks to Bill, the service repairman for Precision.I've been spreading the word to neighbors and friends about our great experience with this company. Many thanks for our nice, quiet garage door and your great staff.
