My tech was Blake. He contacted me when he was on his way to my home. Blake was punctual and very informative. He explained clearly what my issues were and what it would take to correct. He also gave me several options to satisfy me from a cost standpoint for the service I would be receiving. My problem was corrected and my door operates like new. Blake was very professional and efficient.

I am very pleased with the service and quality product I received from Precision Garage Door Service - from the Customer Service Rep. on the phone, to Kevin, the Technician. Kevin was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, professional and an all around nice guy with a great sense of humor. Precision offers multiple garage door options and Kevin's experience and "good eye" to recommend what style garage door windows would flow best with the design of my home and its existing windows worked perfectly. My home went from a semi-track home look to a more customer look. Thank you. I would be sure to recommend Kevin and Precision to my friends and neighbors.

Door seal and weak springs replacement. Excellent service. Tech was able to arrive earlier than originally expected(same day response). Billy was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. I gained a better understanding of the garage door mechanism from him. Cost of repairs was reasonable. Would gladly use this company in the future.

I have no problem recommending Precision, even with its premium price for assured results. Blake was prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciated his detailed description of the condition of my garage door, and evaluating my problems and concerns. Although expensive, I optioned to have Blake re-build my door. Just over an hour later the door works very well and the" thump" and a good part of the other noise are gone. In addition I now have the assurance of a safe and reliable garage door system - including a good life-time limited warranty by Precision.

Garage door would not open Friday evening as we were leaving for an evening out......could not open manually, either. Called our original installer from several years ago, but closed for weekend. Looked online....saw several excellent customer reviews for Precision.....called you folks, provided information to a very nice lady, and was told a technician would be here within 3 hours........in actuality, tech. was here in less than an hour....problem quickly diagnosed, parts replaced, and we were back in service in about 90 minutes. Kevin, our technician, was excellent! Certainly would recommend you folks to others!

Attention Scott (owner of Precision Garage Doors) July 1st we had a new garage door and motor installed by Kevin Phillips. We absolutely love the door--Kevin did an outstanding job installing it and explaining how to work it. The remotes are really cool, both outside the cars and inside the cars. Today (aug 26) we had Billy Price come out to check out a loud pop in the roller channel. He explained it is normal and will settle down then corrected it for us. You have an outstanding team working for you who takes pride in the product they install and the job they do. They work 110% which shows their dedication to Precision Garage door. I scheduled my appointment through the Chat app on the website. The technicians called and kept me apprised on the exact arrival time, which occurred in less than 1 1/2 hours after my request. My garage door opener was not working. After a thorough check, I was told my 21 year old unit needed to be replaced. The house is listed for sale and I needed to be as cost efficient as possible. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for my budget, replacing not only the motor, but the springs, ball bearings and sensor eyes as well. All was completed in less than 2 hours. Dylan May and his associate were both very courteous and profession. I would highly recommend Precision to any one needing garage door replacement or repair.
