Great Service! The 2 technicians ( Andrew and his assistant ) that came to my house were very professional and walked me through each step as they repaired my garage door. The door needed springs and they went out of their way to make sure they used the right springs for my door. They tuned it up and made some other minor repairs. Now it works fantastic. I would recommend Precision to everyone in need of garage door repairs or replacement.

I called this morning, they setup an appt. for me for this afternoon. Received a called from their tech Kurt and he came on time. Inspected my system and he noted that my present opener was 12 yeas old. So we discussed my options and I chose to replace with a new garage opener. In a couple hours time he was finished putting in my new opener and showed me all the aspects of operating etc. Would recommend them highly. Carole

Called Precision about needing service because my door would not open all the way and they sent over a tech that very same day. The tech (Robert) was very diligent, professional and personable in finding out why this was occurring with the final fix being a change out of rollers, which of course was under warranty. Blake arrived on time, called ahead, and had the dopey garage door fixed in 5 minutes. Awesome. Blake had previously refurbished our door two years ago and we've not had a single problem. We are getting an estimate tomorrow for a new door current to wind codes. Pleasure doing business with Precison. One of the few contractors that delivers!! Recommendation: why not post quick fix videos on your website for simple fixes that can be easily Illustrated with a two to three minute video. This mornings fix involved teaching the garage door its route would be a perfect example. Thanks!
