New motor installed and remotes also bottom seal on door. Jonathan Moyà was very nice and was knowledgeable and very honest. I trusted him to do the work. Very good service. Rapid response time. The technician seemed well trained and performed the opener quickly and efficiently. The only item is that I wished the keypad was backlit so in the dark you can see the numbers when you open the cover.

Our garage door opened magically one evening, come to find out the circuit board had seen its better days. We called Precision the next morning and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We received an email confirmation of the appointment with our tech's name, Billy Price. Billy did a thorough job of inspecting the entire garage with explanation of what was needed. He was in and out in 2 and 1/2 hours, my wife is now super excited have a working keypad which had been dead for 6 years. thanks Precision

Your service people are excellent. I'm not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.

Fast quality service. Friendly tech and same-day service. The tech told us issues that might arise soon and gave us an estimate for the cost of the parts also an estimate for the cost of a new garage door. However there were no hard-sell tactics used to try to make us purchase more. The only downside was the estimated quote information from the operator. The operator quoted prices for less expensive Springs even though she was told what kind of springs we needed.

Nick was always professional - taking time to explain which parts needed replacement and why it was necessary. He replaced most of the moving parts on the door and had it properly working again. I asked him to replace the opener as it was 15 years old. I was amazed at how quietly the door opened and closed. My neighbor was so impressed she thought I had the whole door replaced.

The ability to respond to my problem the same day was exceptional, and Andrew, the tech, was able to quickly and efficiently fix the garage door opener. He diagnosed the mother board problem, and also received a manager's OK to not charge for the defective board, even though it was out of warranty.

From first call to them and subsequent technician notification, arrival, repair of door was excellent in all areas. I will immediately recommend Precision. This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.
