I called on a Sunday and was able to make an appointment for Monday. The tech, Billy, called before arrival let me know he was on the way. He fixed my garage door in a short amount of time and clearly explained what he did to fix the problem. Very pleased.

We bought an Angie's list special to replace the rollers and to lube and service our garage door. Scheduling the service was easy and we able to get same day service. I was concerned about one of the springs and the technician was able to replace the springs on the same visit. One of the best service experiences I have had in a long time. The repair came with a 5 year warranty because we purchased the rollers and springs together. The technician was professional, polite and efficient.

This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.

Very good service. Rapid response time. The technician seemed well trained and performed the opener quickly and efficiently. The only item is that I wished the keypad was backlit so in the dark you can see the numbers when you open the cover.

Our garage door opened magically one evening, come to find out the circuit board had seen its better days. We called Precision the next morning and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We received an email confirmation of the appointment with our tech's name, Billy Price. Billy did a thorough job of inspecting the entire garage with explanation of what was needed. He was in and out in 2 and 1/2 hours, my wife is now super excited have a working keypad which had been dead for 6 years. thanks Precision

Your service people are excellent. I'm not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.

Fast quality service. Friendly tech and same-day service. The tech told us issues that might arise soon and gave us an estimate for the cost of the parts also an estimate for the cost of a new garage door. However there were no hard-sell tactics used to try to make us purchase more. The only downside was the estimated quote information from the operator. The operator quoted prices for less expensive Springs even though she was told what kind of springs we needed.
