Fast quality service. Friendly tech and same-day service. The tech told us issues that might arise soon and gave us an estimate for the cost of the parts also an estimate for the cost of a new garage door. However there were no hard-sell tactics used to try to make us purchase more. The only downside was the estimated quote information from the operator. The operator quoted prices for less expensive Springs even though she was told what kind of springs we needed.

Nick was always professional - taking time to explain which parts needed replacement and why it was necessary. He replaced most of the moving parts on the door and had it properly working again. I asked him to replace the opener as it was 15 years old. I was amazed at how quietly the door opened and closed. My neighbor was so impressed she thought I had the whole door replaced.

The ability to respond to my problem the same day was exceptional, and Andrew, the tech, was able to quickly and efficiently fix the garage door opener. He diagnosed the mother board problem, and also received a manager's OK to not charge for the defective board, even though it was out of warranty.

From first call to them and subsequent technician notification, arrival, repair of door was excellent in all areas. I will immediately recommend Precision. Found Precision in the Yellow Pages and called for an appointment. They were here in under an hour. The technician Kevin was very polite, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. They presented me with three repair options and didn't try to sell me the best option. I opted for the best option and am glad I did. I would recommend their services to anyone!

The third time I've called them in the 10 years I've owned my home. Their response time is incredible...all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick and explain what they are doing and your repair options. Prices are reasonable and the warranties first rate. Unheard of service in this day and age....

Called for a quote @ 8am and the sales rep was here by 9:30am. After receiving the quote, I gave them the go ahead. By 12pm the service techs had arrived and by 3pm the new garage door was installed. Your service people are excellent. I'm not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.
