This is the first time using precision, the main reason I choose this company was because of their A+ better business bureau rating. The service called was immediately scheduled for next day and technician called before to let me know what his estimated time of arrival would be. The spring replacement was done in a short timeframe and now my garage door is very quiet as well.

It's rare in the service industry for a technician to be on time, however, my precision technician was. That was great! He replaced the springs and the door works like new! 5 star service!

Blake and Bill came the same day that I called. My garage door wanted to do things its way, going up and coming half-way down many times. Had no idea what to do. I had Precision before for a repair and was happy with the service so I called again to correct this door problem. They did a good job and were very polite in answering my many questions. Explained the way things worked and about the motor that opened and shut the garage door. Of course, I thought it was too high but had to have it done. Very satisfied with the two men that did the work. I had the motor replaced that opened and shut garage door.

This is one of the best sevice companies in Central Florida. The technician, Bill, was on time and called one hour before arrival. Bill inspected the door and gave me an itemized quote. He was very detailed at explaining everything and showed me the work he would preform. Bill completed the job in less than an hour and he even inspected and lubed my other door.
