Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday night. Called Precision on Sunday morning. They were able to get tech out on the same day. I went with a new opener instead of having a 16 year old unit repaired. I had new rollers installed too. My garage door has never been this quite. The tech couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.

Technician, "Billy", inspected all aspects of the garage door. He activated the remotes for the garage and for the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is to carry extra batteries. I had to go out and buy batteries for my old remotes. Your assistance was very appreciated, Billy. Thanks.

Great service. The drive belt on our 12 year old opener deteriorated on a Wednesday night and by noon on Thursday we had a working opener. Rather than replace just the belt, commom sense dictated that we have Precision install a new unit. Jesse did a great job--reviewed all the features of the new opener, walked us through programming steps, told us to call him if we had any questions, and cleaned up after himself. Money well spent.

The service tech Jon called me in advance of the appointment and was right on time. He was professional, courteous was very helpful. The price was exactly as quoted and Jon provided me with me some additional options to consider but was not pushy at all. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.
