Our technician called to advise us of the time we could expect him. He inspected the door and discussed with us all of the problems and what repairs were needed and why. He gave an estimate of costs to which we agreed and then he went to work. After the job was done, he explained to us how everything worked and discussed the warranty. He was great! The technician (Jesse) arrived during the time frame set up for the appointment. He performed a trouble shooting review of our situation and discussed the findings. He explained different options that were available to remedy the cause of the problem. After a choice was made he expertly performed each function that was necessary to complete the service call. Jesse was a professional and courteous representative of the company. He cleaned his work area to our satisfaction and left with a handshake and a pleasant "Thank You" adding to call if we had any problems or additional questions.

Technician Dylan called and arrived an hour early, he replaced both springs, all rollers, two cables and two reels, all at my request. He was extremely polite and professional and addressed all of my concerns. After he had fully reassembled everything he was not happy about the performance of one of the new springs, something I probably would not have noticed immediately, he replaced that spring with one of a slightly greater length and explained that in order for the door to raise and lower in a balanced manner the spring change was needed. Something I believe a less dedicated tech would have ignored. All of the parts were stamped or marked by the company name and were of a high quality, springs were powder coated. Upon completion he fully tested and lubricated every part. Five Stars!

My technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the reasons my garage door wouldn't open up all the way I, who am not mechanically inclined, could understand. He gave me options for repairing the mechanisms causing the problems and the pricing for each option. He allowed me to make a decision without pushing me to select the most costly repair. One I selected the option that suited me best, he completed the work quickly and neatly. Best of all he loved my dogs.

Did my research before I called Precision. I had a spring break and decided on this company. So glad I did. My tech was Chris W. He came out, did the inspection, gave us options, answered our questions,and went to work. He was fast, efficient and cleaned as he worked. Garage door is quieter than when we bought the house. I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't go all of the way up. The representatives at Precision were very professional. They answered my questions over the phone and sent me an appointment confirmation via email. When the Tech, whose name is Blake, was about 30 minutes out, he called to let me know he was on his way. It turned out that a major spring above the Garage Door broke. I didn't anticipate this expense so he offered me a very reasonable price for his services. Also, when we found a better price online, he called his supervisor and they elected to match the price. He was great, very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable in answering my questions and my husband's questions, and he made us feel completely at ease. The service was completed that same day and in a timely manner. The Garage Door works wonderfully, in fact, it is the quietest is has ever been! Precision and their Technician Blake are hands down, the best!
