There was a problem with the garage door opener gear. William replaced the gear and it worked again. Not only did he replace the gear but he explained what to look for in terms of good or bad parts (is the spring kinked, are things rusted, etc). I live in a newly constructed townhome and they did not lubricate it when it was installed so William did that as well. Great service!

I would give you a 10!!!!!!!! Saw you in the Valpak. Called at 11:00 am and Andrew was here by 1:00. That kind of customer service is just unheard of in Florida. Everything from the initial phone call to the end was superb. Loved the e-mail that came after the phone call confirming appointment and pictures of your servicemen. that just gives a customer such a comforting feeling. Andrew called and said he would be here in 30 mins. according to his GPS. Also makes the customer feel special! Andrew was great and extremely knowledgeable and passed some of that on to me so that when I called my husband, I actually sounded like I knew what I was talking about. I can't say enough good things about your company. Whatever you are doing, keep it up.

Your service technician, Blake, was very professional in his visit to our home. He diagnosed the problem bur did not pressure us in any way to make the decision to purchase a new opener. He thoroughly explained the installation process and the programming of the opener. He took pride in his work and was most courteous and proficient. I especially like the fact that you inform in advance the technician who will visit your home. Overall rating: 5 star

Charlie, your tech, just left my home after fixing a problem with the door not closing as it should. He was right on time showing up and did a quick inspection, quoted a fair price for everything needed, and completed the service needed. Charlie was very personable and capable.

One of my garage door rollers came off the track. Called for an appointment and got a time for technician to come same day. Technician called and coordinated the visit. Service was outstanding and William was very informative, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Percision.

Eugene arrived, I decided to replace the door, he picked the door up and was back in a timely manner. He replaced the door and I'm very happy with it. My service technician was William and although my problem was not a big one he was able to repair my door the best it could be repaired. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. He pointed out some potential problems in the future but did not pressure me to order work done until I needed it.

I put my new door in 2 years ago after backing my car thru it and I did not know who and where to go for a door. I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had seen the ad on tv and also noticed they were at the top of the search list on google. Checked out the website and saw the good reviews. I called around 2:30pm and they were able to get a tech out to my house around 5:30. Tech was right on time, evaluated the situation, and gave me several options. After quickly discussing with my wife, I decided to go ahead with the best option thinking I would have to schedule for the tech to come back out. Fortunately, he had everything he needed for my install, started on it around 6pm and was finished by 8pm. He showed us all the features and even set up the homelink in our car. Having my install done in one day, after hours, and not having to take time off of work is priceless. I will definitely recommend Precision in the future.
