He worked hard, was professional, and was patient in explaining how everything operates once he finished, even though it was already 6:30pm and he still had another job to go to that night. Precision was great! Eric, our tech, called first & arrived on time. He explained our two repair alternatives fully, gave us the price & completed the repairs within a 1-1/2 hours. He then explained the workings of a garage door opener so that we, as retirees, could understand. Great Guy! Great Work! Would highly recommend Precision.

Billy did an excellent job. The service was fast and extremely affordable. We discussed the age of my opener and we decided it's best if I go with the complete rebuild package.
