I would definitely recommend. I called at 10:30 and by 11:15 Kevin, their service tech was knocking on my door. Amazing!! He gave me several options to fix my door and explained the value in all. My spring had broke and he informed me that the cable and rollers were worn out also. The door is over 15yrs old so I replaced cable rollers and spring for a very reasonable price. Kevin was very professional and was done by 1:30. I was surprised at how quiet the new rollers were and I'm very happy with Precision. Thanx

Thank you for the EXCEPTIONAL service we received....your technician, Blake, was simply phenomenal. I asked him for permission to watch him work; he gave it. I was very knowledgeable about what he was doing since I taught engineering physics at the college level. I asked him many questions and he answered every one perfectly; I was very impressed with his knowledge and his exceptional personality- you have a treasure there - hold onto him. As for his work, our garage door has never worked better since the day we had it installed. It is not quiet, smooth, and efficient. Blake did a great job. I am so glad that I saw your rating on the Better Business Bureau site and on Angie's List. You get accolades all around for exceptional service.

I was I a panic early that morning when I realized I could not get my vehicle out of the garage in order to get to work. With the help of a friend I was able to manually lift the garage door enough to got the car out. I contacted precision on my way to work and they were able to get a technician out that evening to do the necessary repairs. Eric was the gentleman who did the work and did a wonderful job. I had many issues to repair since the system was about 25 years old. The door is running beautifully and much more quietly as well. Thank you Eric for a job Well Done and for working so late in the day to give me back my peace of mind and feeling of security..

We purchased our home in March and Bob ended up damaging the lowest strut and weather stripping on the garage door the evening of September 24. Less than two days later the repairs have been done and the door is better than it was originally. We were given a time slot for an inspection and repair estimate for this morning (9/26) and especially appreciated the fact that we received a call stating when to expect Jonathan. He gave us various options and we decided to also have the springs replaced, since the original ones were obviously undersized for the weight of the door. He had materials on the truck and was able to immediately start the job. Upon completion of the work Jonathan reviewed the repairs/replacements with us and answered all of our questions. You definitely deserve your Angie's list rating!

I found Prescision on Angie's List. Bill called and gave a thirty minute notice. The sensors on my 15 year old garage door were damaged due to an electrical surge. Bill went over my options and he explained the work to be done and cost. He was very friendly and completed the work pretty quickly.
