Called Saturday morning and was fortunate to get an appointment later that same day. Technician arrived promptly as promised, explained the situation and suggested a couple of alternatives. The work was a little more than I had intended on paying, but ultimately I feel "you get what you pay for", so I thought I got my money's worth. Work was done quickly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. So ... what else could you ask for?!

i called at 8am and I was given a time of between 930am and 1230pm for the technicians arrival. Jon called me and told me he would be there in 20 minutes, and at 10am he was there. Jon diagnosed the problem, showed me the rusted and broken cable, explained the repair and cost, and got to work. Jon got the repair done, ensured that the motor was set properly, and left. I am impressed with the response with short notice, the quick repair, and the efficiency of the whole process. I will only use Percision for my two doors

Outstanding customer service and repair!!! My wife found Precision Door Service and I called this morning, the assistant told me they will come today between 11:00 – 2:00 pm , The service tech called around 9:45 am and told me his ETA to my house is 10:30 am he was there way earlier than expected, which to me it is always a good sign of great and serious company. Kevin did outstanding job, he gave me a broad explanation on the repairs.

Been a satisfied PDS customer since 2013... always prompt service, reasonable pricing and excellent warranty coverage on parts and labor. For the first time ever, our garage door locked us in... both cars. 30 min after calling PDS (after-hours), Nick came out to service the door (snapped cable) and was here for about 3 hours, making sure everything was properly working, in the rain...WOW. Was only charged a regular service call (no after-hours fee), covered one part under warranty, and reasonably charged for another part. On a Saturday (naturally!), one of our garage door springs broke, and we were unable to get our car out of the garage. Billy Price arrived promptly, and did an excellent job of replacing our springs. He also noticed that we had dangerously worn cables, and rollers. He explained the needed repairs in clear terms, earned our trust, and completed the repairs efficiently. In all, he was very professional. This was an emergency repair on a weekend, and he was very prompt. I recommend him highly!

Replaced broken spring that was covered under warranty. Did a complete checkup on the door and all of its components. Very professional. Fast and courteous. Explained everything he was going to do and reassured me that our lifetime warranty would cover everything except the service call. No extra charge for Saturday service. Replaced both springs. The service technicians could come earlier and called ahead to confirm that was ok and did not just show up. They both were polite, professional, customer service oriented and educational about prevention as well as response to the problem we were having, which in our case was the spring about to go sooner than later. They provided additional recommendations and applied coupons or discounts accordingly. As a home owner, what many service oriented folks forget is that your home is a sacred space for loved ones. The folks who came out to service our home treated it and me and our life situation with respect while developing rapport and credibility. Although I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, they allowed themselves to be a welcomed presence in our home.

Dylan was our garage door technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He assessed the issue and proposed solutions that were within my budget. While replacing the springs, pulleys and other hardware, he took time out to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. My wife and I own a few houses in the central Florida area and we will defintely be calling Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again for all of our garage door needs.
