My husband and I had a crazy awful garage door prior to the work of precision! This door literally had a mind of it's own. Whenever we would close it, it would pop back open numerous times. In addition, the door was very loud and difficult to manually open. This company came out upon receiving our call and fixed our door! Great service and a working door!

Precision Door Service stand behind their product! I had a broken garage door spring fixed promptly by friendly service tech, Jeremy. The work was performed on the same day and covered by the 5 year warranty of the original springs. I hope to get a longer live out of the new springs.

This is the second time we have called Precision Door and the same technician, Jon, arrived. He was knowledgeable. He identified one problem which he addressed quickly. Testing revealed that the problem, although much better, was still present. He persevered and identified what else needed to be done and completed that quickly as well. He was well prepared and cleaned up after himself. We cannot speak too highly of our experience with Jon and Precision Doors.

Blake came out on a Saturday morning and took a look at my garage door and what he recommended. The service call was for a broken spring and after hearing what Blake recommended he replaced both springs, the pulley cables and hardware.
