My garage door spring had broken and I needed a new key pad and I knew I probably would need a new opener because my old one was 18 years old. same day service (for new opener) pretty much not available from other vendors, price not "cheap", however, you "get what you pay for". Tech was knowledgable and effective to install new opener (with lifetime warranty which none of the ones you buy at Lowes or Home Depot will actually provide - if you happen to have to call them they will have you check the spring strength and then tell you there warranty "does not apply due to springs not pulling their weight".
