Andrew was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, but has lived in Florida since he was nine years old. He thoroughly enjoys helping his customers with their garage door problems. He loves hiking, laughing and spending time with his family. He has two sons and his beautiful wife whom he adores. They are his world and he would do anything for them! Andrew received the Residential Door Systems Technician Certification from the IDEA.

The technician, Andrew, was very precise in his explanation of some other needed repairs he found and his explanation of them. The ability to respond to my problem the same day was exceptional, and Andrew, the tech, was able to quickly and efficiently fix the garage door opener. He diagnosed the mother board problem, and also received a manager's OK to not charge for the defective board, even though it was out of warranty.

The garage door now can be lifted with just a slight lifting motion of one arm. The new springs and rollers installed are very quiet, something the old springs and rollers never were. Scott, Your guys were awesome today! I called originally for a faulty sensor because I am selling my house. They fixed that and then replaced a hinge that had come loose. Since my motor was 15 years old, I asked them what my options were and they explained the 3 to me. I asked them to install the 10 yr warranty level and they did so very quickly. I was very pleased with the result and the quality of the installation. I really enjoy the significantly reduced noise level and the new key pad outside. l also appreciate the message prior to their arrival. One of our garage door springs broke last night, and we made a service appointment for today. My experience, was moving back into my home after many years and finding much of the house in disrepair including the garage door that was inoperable. Contacting PDS and getting an appointment was very easy, the tech called to inform me that he was on his way, less than an hour. Once he arrived the technician performed an evaluation of the door provided me clear descriptions and options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the garage door industry and extremely professional. I chose the garage door refurbish, which replaces rollers,springs and tightens the bolts. He also took the time to explained how to perform basic upkeep maintenance for the door. Overall Five Star great job!
