I just had a new garage door installed and also a garage door opener. The prompt service and professionalism of all of the employees I came into contact with was really amazing. I called on a Sunday evening, got an immediate response and a technician was at my home by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. They keep in constant touch with you and text the name of the service tech and the time they will arrive. EXCELLENT service and employees.

I have used your company several times, as always your employees were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, efficient, after the door was overhauled the mess was cleaned up, all old parts were hauled off. The overhaul of the door, new wheels, new motor, new springs, new bearings , new keypad, remotes, everything was awesome . I believe they called it a overhaul, and it also asked what I got new, the easiest way to say it is: Everything but the door panels and track, otherwise everything else is new and it’s quite and we love it....

Garage door was not opening properly. I tried to fix it myself by tightening the cable only to make matters worse. My previous repair with another vendor replaced the motor and springs but didn't replace the rollers and align the tracks or wires. I purchased the package to replace springs, cables, and rollers as they were old. They realigned the tracks and put new springs and rollers. This comes with a lifetime warrenty parts and labor. They also came out on Fathers day when I called them on Saturday, This was an emergency as I could not get my cars our. They did a great job and the door opens quietly and smoothly. It needed an upgrade. Great job.

Came out on a Friday to evaluate problem with our garage door opener, gave complete diagnosis and various options for repair/replacement. I went with a new motor and they gave a discounted pricing on various other parts that needed replacement. Installing crew came out 30 min later and got the job done within 1 hours. Great all around.

I had opener,rollers,springs,cables etc. replaced. A technician came out at 10:00 AM showed me all the trouble sites and quoted me a fair price. At 12:30 PM two technicians came and completed the job by 2:30 PM. Showed me step by step everything they did and replaced. They answered all my questions knowledgeably. William came last week to give us an estimate on a new garage door. After looking at it, he said ours was in great shape and really only needed some parts to be replaced to bring it back to life. That saved us thousands right there. Today, Nick and his team did the work. In and out in under 2 hours and when they left, we have basically a brand new garage door. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a broken spring and a competitor installed two new springs, after installation I noticed the door would shudder upon opening, I called the owner of competing company and he refused to send a technician to check it out but tried to sell me a new door and opener! My handyman recommended Precision door serrvice. The precision technician, Noel, did a complete safety check and quickly diagnosed my problem: the installed springs were the wrong type and would not balance the door. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and professional he gave me several quotes including the basic repair and others with extras to keep my older door in good order for several years to come. A lifetime warranty on all labor and a limited warranty on all new arts was included. I highly recommend Precision's excellent work and business practices.

Oh, since we had the door spring done by them with lifetime warranty they noticed door was out of balance. Ended up replacing springs, no charge. Highly Recommended......

I had my 16-ft garage door and opener replaced today. Jaymz and William were the installation techs. They were great. Explained everything they were going to do before they began and showed me all the work performed after they were done. They were very professional and did a great installation of both the door and the belt opener. I also recommend the PDS800 opener. It is very quiet. Your Service Technician, William, arrived on time as scheduled. After reviewing and checking our system, he concluded that the teeth on the drive screw were breaking down due to the fact that our unit wasn't powerful enough to correctly raise and lower our heavy wood door. He also stated that the memory board was scrambled because the speed of which the door is lowered is much faster than raising it, causing the motor speed to vary in the raising cycle. Example, periodically, because the door will lower without any strain, so the memory board senses that it should be easier to lift and will raise the door faster than normal. I will confirm,that we have noticed his variance before, but never knew why. William recommended that we replace our unit, and provided us with two quotes. My wife and I elected not to replace our present unit, and I advised William accordingly. We chose your company, after reviewing your ratings and reviews. William was very professional throughout the process. If we decide in the future to purchase a new unit, we will contact you.

When a new garage door opener was needed I called Precision for estimates. I was impressed that I was given a print out comparing my three options. Having a hard copy with specifics made my decision easier. What "blew me away" was that Precision honored the guarantee from work that had been done years ago! The technician was delightful and professional in every way. He made certain I understood the special features of the new system both showing me and answering my questions. Now that I'm considering a new garage door I returned to Precision for an estimate. I appreciated Joy alerting me of an unanticipated delay and notifying me about her exact arrival time. Again, I received courteous service with a print out of the specifics. I like this very much!
