Had a new garage door motor and accessories set up today by Daniel. My garage door opener was acting up and it was 18 years old so the only choice was to replace. He called before he came and was on time. He investigated what was wrong with my old system and explained it plainly. He discussed my options and pricing without pressure. He installed the new system efficiently and you can tell he knows what he was doing. He went over instructions and operating the new garage door opener and also the wifi. He cleaned up before he left like nothing happened. The new upgraded system is awesome and quiet. I don't even have to worry if I leave the garage door open as I have the wifi to check on it. I am pretty pleased with the service. I have used PGD before and I will recommend them.

We had a spring break on our garage door and called Precision right away to have same repaired. From the time we talked to Dysteny (know its spelled wrong) until Daniel had completed the repairs we were treated with professional care. It only took two and a half hours from the time we called to facilitate the repairs and they were done with great attention to detail. We have used Precision for years and will continue to use them and suggest them to our friends. Great job Daniel door works great.

My garage door broke on Sunday, New years Day. I called expecting to leave a message to have someone contact me on Monday to schedule a service call. The lady that answered the phone told me it was no problem to have someone come out today to fix my door. I was expecting someone to look at the door and come back later to fix the broken spring. No, the trucks are fully stocked. Nick Mcadory came and fixed my door in no time at all. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism. And, we didn't realize that we had a lifetime warranty that covered the broken part from 12 years ago when the door was originally purchased. The service technicians could come earlier and called ahead to confirm that was ok and did not just show up. They both were polite, professional, customer service oriented and educational about prevention as well as response to the problem we were having, which in our case was the spring about to go sooner than later. They provided additional recommendations and applied coupons or discounts accordingly. As a home owner, what many service oriented folks forget is that your home is a sacred space for loved ones. The folks who came out to service our home treated it and me and our life situation with respect while developing rapport and credibility. Although I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, they allowed themselves to be a welcomed presence in our home.

Sales person Ken, was very professional. Garage Door was installed when promised. Service person, Collin, was very professional, and worked continuously and hard, due to numerous problems which arose. The only disappointing aspect of install, no one informed me that the vinyl trim to seal sides and top of door, do not come with the installation and is extra cost. Both my friend and I could not believe that sealer vinyl trim was the normal install. This makes the install look unfinished. Had friend, who was visiting the day door was installed. He had garage door installed in Davenport by another company, the vinyl trim was included. There are slight gaps on side of door; noted last night, light and some rain came through the side of the door, when wind blew during rain storm. Would be beneficial to clearly inform customers of additional cost and not part of normal install. Would recommend your company, with reservations. If had trim part of regular install, would be 5 star job.
