First...there are many ads that say Overhead Garage Door...be sure you call Precision Door Service! We needed a quick repair when our garage door spring broke on 12/16 and we are so glad we called them! I called around 8:20 am, quickly received an email with appointment confirmation as well as pictures and backgrounds of their technicians. What a great idea! Eric arrived within an hour and quickly installed a new spring. A very nice and knowledgeable young man, he patiently answered all of my many questions about installing a new door. Excellent customer service and high quality products!

I would definitely recommend. I called at 10:30 and by 11:15 Kevin, their service tech was knocking on my door. Amazing!! He gave me several options to fix my door and explained the value in all. My spring had broke and he informed me that the cable and rollers were worn out also. The door is over 15yrs old so I replaced cable rollers and spring for a very reasonable price. Kevin was very professional and was done by 1:30. I was surprised at how quiet the new rollers were and I'm very happy with Precision. Thanx

My old garage door was inspected by Bill Roberts on Friday and my new install was done on Tuesday by Charlie Merino. Both were excellent. I really liked that I could see a picture of them before their arrival. Charlie was hard working, neat and very professional and the installation was completed in a timely manner. My garage door would come down to close and than go back up. A service man came out and made an assessment of the problem. It was decided that I would need a new door.They called the next day and said they could be at the house early if that was okay with me. They arrived and went right to work and had it done in no time at all.The young men were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash and old door with them. The product was a Linear belt driven system, new springs, rollers, etc. My technician Van was on time (a rarity these days), courteous, precise, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions. The system itself is performing nicely. It is smooth and surprisingly very very quiet.
